    Hi Gents,

    A little about me. I am 21 and have been doing kegel exercises since I was 19 to improve my EQ and reduce the chance of PME. Thankfully, PME is not even in my radar anymore and I have gained excellent stamina and the ladies are lovin it.

    I never knew there were exercises that could be done to improve size, which I thought was impossible at first until I tried them.

    I started by researching different exercises on this web site and than trying them out.

    Just from doing Flaccid Stretches, Manual Clamping, Horse Squeeze, and a few JEQL's here and there in addition to Kegels and Reverse Kegels, I have seen nice gains in my flaccid size as well as my thickness.

    I haven't been very serious about these new exercises until today simply because I did not want to run the chance of hurting myself, so I just experimented for a month.

    Anyway, my stats are as follow:

    EL: 7.5
    EG: 5.3
    EQ: 9 to 10 depending on how much sleep I get, if I am hungry, gotta piss, etc.

    As far as my goals:
    EL: 7.5 and above. Don't really care much for gaining length.
    EG: 6+ would be nice but any gains will be cool.
    EQ: 10 even when I get no sleep AND am starving. Unrealistic I know lol but I have to keep myself motivated somewhow.

    Quick question, since I am just looking to gain girth, would I be okay just doing Clamping/Uli/Horse-Squeeze? Or do I need to gain length in order to gain girth as well?

    These would be done in addition to my Kegel/Reverse-Kegels of couse as those are already a staple in my week.

    Thank you
    Start 7/26/2011:
    EL = 7.5"
    EG = 5.25"
    EQ = 9+

    3 Month Goal (10/26/2011):
    EL = 8"
    EG = 5.5"
    EQ = 10 every time

    If you have never actually done pe except for kegals then you should do jp90 day beginner routine. You have to condition your penis first before clamping,uli,horse squeeze or any other advance exercise to eliminate any chance of hurting your penis. Jelqing is a way to improve girth and is in the beginner routine, you should not attempt any advanced exercises until 3 months of jp90 routine. You may actually make gains in the first 3 months even tho it's considered the conditioning period of pe, many beginners make amazing gains in the beginning like my self, look at my sig down below.
    05/07/11 nbpel: 5.0 x 4.5
    Flaccid:3.0
    Bpel:5.25

    06/01/11:nbpel:5.25 x 4.5
    Flaccid:3.5 0r 3.75
    Bpel:5.5 x 4.5

    06/29/11:nbpel:5.5 x 4.9/5.0
    Bpel:6 3/8 x 4.9/5.0

    Short term goal: bpel 6.75 x 5.25

      Yeah def commit to the jp90 you might gain some you might not but its mostly about conditioning. that being said make sure you work on your fundamentals first and make sure your doing the exercises correctly. If you think you are wrong or arent sure if you are doing them right then ask a more experienced member. Good luck gaining!

        Welcome to the PE Gym. I'll echo what's been said above, start with a beginners routine and get your penis conditioned, before doing more advanced techniques, ie Clamping/Uli/Horse Squeezes.

            Hey fellas,

            Thank you for the kind words, I will be starting the JP90 routine tomorrow. Found out my LOT and it looks like its at 6 O'Clock but even then I still feel it. Would this mean I will be a, "Slow Gainer"? Or is this because of my experience with Kegels?
