Hello everyone I'm new to all of this within reason. I looked at JP's 90 day routine and have been doing it for about a week, nothing to say right now, but optimistic. I'm 6" EL and 4.5" EG, so mostly want to work on girth, but I'm obviously down for length as well. I will finish JP's routine and then hopefully get more into the girth exercises. And soo, how's everyone doing??
    Rock it.

Welcome! Sounds like you are on track with your routine and whatnot. You should make a journal, keeps you motivated. We have very similar stats so i'll be watching! And is 6" BPEL ?
    Starting Stats: BPEL 5.75x4.45
    Now: BPEL 6.25x4.6
Short Term Goal: 6.25 BPELx4.7 Girth

Hey Dr Pepper! I didn't know exactly all of the lingo yet, so I kept it at EL instead of BPEL. When you measure BPEL do you measure all the way down to the bone? And for journaling would I just make a new thread? Thanks!

Hi winner, welcome to the gym!

BPEL is just pressing the ruler into your fat pad till it touches your pubic bone. Guys measure this way because it's easier to tell if you've made gains or not.

Also if you want to log your progress you can do this by starting a new thread in the progress forum.

Thanks everyone, love the enthusiasm! And I was wondering if anyone had any tips to implement some girth exercises in place of some of JP's routines, or if these are sufficent?? Thanks!

Stick with JP's routine for the 90 days and then we'll work on girth. Besides he gets really mad when someone changes his routine. I think they found the last guy that tried to change his routine in a landfill in Staten Island!

Sounds good to me! I think this may be my final question for now, although it may be followed by a couple more. The left side of my penis hurts slightly and I don't know if its to the point where its a bad PI or anything, but I was just wondering your thoughts on the matter. A vein that hasn't been there before is more prominent, and its more sore than painful. I just don't want it to be something that could be bothered with the next few days of workouts. Thanks!

                        Glad to have you here!
You are about to embark on a trip that is most satisfying if you follow the advice and instructions to the letter. Those who have come before us (who by the way, are still here) have paved the way for you to succeed in your quest. My advice to you is to jump onto the Beginner's Forum and read JP's 90. Read it. Reread it. And continue to do so until you are familiar with the material presented. Pay close attention to the advice given. Ask if you are unsure. If you're unsure about something, don't do it until you do. Hurting yourself and recovering lasts longer than the few minutes it takes to ask.

As a new PEer myself, I can only tell you the one paramount bit of advice that stands it's ground amongst all others: TAKE YOUR TIME!!! The best thing God made was day after day brother. The saying "haste makes waste", definately applies here! But YOU WILL acquire the discipline necessary to achieve the goals you set.

                        Respect and success.

Thanks NYCRican! I really appreciate the response! I will definitely stay on JP's routine and won't worry about results right away, as I know everyone is different and some people may not get any results very quickly. Also, I took a solid two days off from the soreness, so hopefully it will be ready to go tomorrow for a good workout! Thanks again for the encouragement!
