  • Hi

    Hi,

My story is a long one, like everyone else's I suppose, but unlike everyone else it's a boring one and the last thing I want to do is bore you fine people.

I'm 26, my BPEL is 5" and so is my EG. My EQ is a 6 or 7 at best. Decent shaft, but weak head making penetration difficult. I need to improve all round down there. EQ being the biggest problem in the short term. Made a few lifestyle changes to tackle the problem. Quit smoking, doing light cardio and starting a more demanding weight lifting program.

So I'm basically looking to attack this from every direction, but starting off slow. Taking the less is more approach. I'll start off using PESG's routine because it seems perfect for a beginner. One thing I'm not quite sure about. Are BC/PC clenches best done by them selves or should they be incorporated in the Jelque workout allowing for extra blood to be carried by the strokes?

My ultimate goal is to get a harder erection, my girl really does deserve one. I'd also like to end with a BPEL 7.5 and EG 6. I really haven't set a deadline for this. Planning to review every 3 months and decide from there.

I've already learned a lot from this site through articles and different posts. Hopefully I can learn more by taking part.

    What's good HumanBeing

    Glad to have you here!

You are about to embark on a trip that is most satisfying if you follow the advice and instructions to the letter. Those who have come before us (who by the way, are still here) have paved the way for you to succeed in your quest. My advice to you is to jump onto the Beginner's Forum and read JP's 90. Read it. Reread it. And continue to do so until you are familiar with the material presented. Pay close attention to the advice given. Ask if you are unsure. If you're unsure about something, don't do it until you do. Hurting yourself and recovering lasts longer than the few minutes it takes to ask.

As a new PEer myself, I can only tell you the one paramount bit of advice that stands it's ground amongst all others: TAKE YOUR TIME!!! The best thing God made was day after day brother. The saying "haste makes waste", definately applies here! But YOU WILL acquire the discipline necessary to achieve the goals you set.

    Respect and success.
