i had surgery done to my penis a little over a year now and it was to remove a few pins from inside my penis . they have been in there for a long long time. how they got in side is a long story. but i know they hurt every time i got a erection. so i went in to the hostital to have them removed . and now i lost 2 inches , and my erections only last about 4 min. or less , and i have lost feeling in my penis and plus they left one pin still in there. i'am thinking of going back to have the other one removed. is that a good ideal ? as it is my sex life is pretty much over.what else could happen ?

I'm sure speaking to your doctors will give you a better answer than people here, we don't even know what your surgery was for and your current condition.
