  • skiping the warm up??????

hey guys ...........thanks every body who manages this website cuz it helps a lot ... my story is that i have started PE a while age with length of 5inch and girth of 3inch so i was practicing PE in my place and i gained, now i am 7inch with girth of 4 inch but the problem i have is that i have stopped PE 6months ago cuz i have shifted to another place that i can't get more privacy as b4 and i can't make all the exercise completely so guys i wanna ask you if i can skip the warming up and just do other exercises will it be problem for me as health or as gaining ?????
and if i do the exercises separate is that OK ???? cuz combining them is difficult on me ???

Do what you can and break up your routine if that helps but don't cut out the warm up.

I believe the warm up is to PE like flossing is to oral hygiene.. you may get by for now but you may be setting yourself up for disaster

Skipping the warm up is tossing away a lot of your potential gains, and increases the risk of injury. You want to warm up so the tunica and ligaments will stretch out when you jelq and do stretches.

        6/20/11 - BPEL: 5.5 x 5.25 - Flaccid: 2.5 x 3.5

Well in the penis survey it was found to have no impact on gains. Dispite this though I still feel warming up is important, especially because my penis seems stretchier after warming up. I really should do a proper experiment on that.

Seeing the survey results may be what you're lookng for, but if you're going to skip the warm up, I would be more careful about the intensity as you won't have that protection against injury.

Ps. It was hard to read your post due to the poor grammar and spelling.

Do not skip warm up. I have noticed that after a proper warm up my penis is softer, more flexible and gives a better response.

It is not necessary to warm up for 10+ minutes. Cos I have solar heater I "wash" my penis with hot water (not very) for 2-3 minutes.

              Yeap many abbreviations!

              FAQs from somewhere:

It's hard for me to devote a full hour to the workout. Can I split the exercises up throughout the day?
If you wish to split the exercises up during the day, then do so.

What's the best time of day to do the workout?
There is no best time. The actual time of day won't affect the process.

                    split ----------------------> separate
because i can't do all of them in one time due to the lack of privacy( i mean exercise?)

I think that, since you split your routine, you have to warm-up before each exercise. I'm pretty sure about it. This said, maybe you can decrease it the warm-up to 5 minutes each time (warm-up for 5 min. then stretch ; warm-up 5 min. then jelq ; etc.) ? Need some experienced member to confirm this...

Oh right, well yeah, in that case you can rewarm after you finish one part of your exercise and you're moving on to the next one.

Warming up will prevent injuries loosening the tunic and ligaments. Whether is promotes growth is neither here or there but safety is. I warm up/down for about 20 minutes with a rice sock slightly above my body temperature. So far I have not encountered injury yet mainly due to warm up's/down's.
