hey guys this is my first post im new to this and need all the help i can get
a little while back i started doing pe but after a month of no gains i gave up in frustration
2 weeks ago i started back up doing jps 90 day ,,,im not doing to well though
everytime i do pe a couple days in a row i feel sore ,,and also when i do my jelqs i feel pain in the beginning and then it starts to go away as i keep jelqing ..
is this normal ?? ive read people talk about a 2day on 1 day off routine,,should i follow that schedule??
does anyone know if its better to do 5 day on 2 day off or 2day on 1 day off routine ,,,
as you can tell im still trying to figure all this out and any feed back is much appreciated
also with jps 90 day routine i feel as if there is much more jelqing then stretching and from what ive read stretching is more for length and jelqing for girth ...is this true??
i would certainly like to see length gains over girth so what should i do ....please help
thanks guys ..looking foward to being involved in this site and hopefully seeing gains
