Hello everyone. I'm sure my story is similar to many out there. Growing up, I honestly didn't give my penis size a lot of thought. However, I slowly started noticing (in locker rooms and while giving physicals (I'm a medical professional)) that I was not very "well-endowed" and it bothered me quite a bit. For years I didn't do anything about it, but recently came across this website and it's great!
I started some exercises last week (jelqing, stretches; haven't done the JP90) and just purchased an Andro Penis extender (should get it in the mail tomorrow) and am excited to see some results.
I think I've already seen some small gains (~0.2 inches). Is that possible?
Well, I would appreciate everyone's advice and look forward to this journey

(I hope these abbreviations are correct

    bpfl 3.25
    flaccid girth 3
    bpsfl (stretched flacid) 6.25
    bpel 5.5
    eg (erect girth) 4.25

      Hi BigBen, to the Gym

If you haven't already, check out all the great info and links in the welcome message sent to your PEGym inbox.

It's likely that the increase in size you've seen in the first week and due to an improvement in erection quality (EQ). EQ increase is one of the first things a lot of guys notice (I sure did, it was mesmerising )

Careful to not overdo it with the extender on top of JP90. Watch your PI's.

      Good luck

Thanks for the encouragement and tips! I have noticed a slight decrease in the strength of my morning/nighttime erections. Negative PI? I'm assuming I'm probably just overtraining for a newbie (~15 minutes of various stretches + 10 minutes of jelqing
6 days/week). Haven't really used the extender yet. What's everyone's opinion on when I should start using it? Thanks so much.

Welome to PEGym, BigBen! Stick with PE and you will gain!
To me, there is no shame in PE. It's no different than when guys first began to lift weights/bodybuild and it was a fringe thing. Now it's mainstream.

            Welcome aboard!
Are you doing any stamina work as well? (Kegels, Reverse Kegesl, Edging?)
Also, I strongly encourage you to start a log thread on the Progress Forum. It will help keep you motivated and organized.

I would build up slowly with the extender. I don't know too much about them though to be honest. 6 days a week is likely what's causing the lower morning wood erection level. Many guys do 2 on 1 off cycle, and that may be better for not only safety, but gaining also. The guys who gain best have consistent positive PI's

Thanks guys. I think I'm going to decrease my workout to 4 or 5 days/week. I tried edging today and it was great! Didn't last very long though I'll work on it.
