Just wanted to introduce myself. I've been lurking here for a loooooooooooooong time, like 10 years long time (literally 2011). I have a long history with PE and overall I haven't gained much (started at 6.5 x 4.75, have gained .5 BPEL, 0 MEG). This is because I didn't understand the principles behind PE, nor did I properly understand my own motivations for pursuing PE or the mindset that I personally require to pursue something like PE. I say personally because I think PE is each man's own journey and it's up to each one of us to figure out what makes us tick.
When I started PE, I started with jelqing and stretches. I really didn't understand it and stuck to it for about 3 months and gave up after I saw .2 BPEL because I wanted a magic potion and it wasn't fast enough, even though that was great progress. Fast forward a few years, I try it again here and there, never sticking to it for more than a couple months at a time, never really committing to the exercises like I should have. I didn't have any problems in the sack so I never felt entirely ambitious. Every girl I've had sex with has been happy with my size so the drive always really came from within.
I started again earlier this year, measured first, I was 7 BPEL x 4.75 MEG. I apparently gained .3 BPEL somewhere among the half-assed attempts. This made me feel a lot better. Started up, measured too much, threw in the towel again.
Now I am in my current routine. I started 9/1/2021. This routine is unlike any routine I've tried before, and so far it's been fantastic. For me, my greatest weakness is the ruler. The more I measure, the more displeased I am. The entire reason we look at a ruler is because we want to see progress. If we measure at a time premature to realistic growth, we risk disappointing ourselves which can result in feelings of defeat and eventual forfeit of the routine altogether. This has been my experience too many times. My solution? I'm not measuring again until one year. If you're thinking one year is drastic, I'm doing this because I need to solidify commitment to a routine. In my eyes, one year is the baseline that I can say something has become routine. Even 6 months just feels like trying it out. So one year it is.
The next thing I want to mention is how much my PI's, since restarting this past month, have been unlike anything I've ever experienced, and I attribute it to focusing on the exercises that intuitively make sense to me. I have no idea if these have names; I think they do and I've tried to use them appropriately, I've just never gotten too deeply into the lingo so I apologize for any misuse.
The last thing I want to say is, in all my years of knowing about PE and struggling to keep a routine, the number one factor is absolutely mindset. I've tried many different exercises - none of it matters if you don't stick to it, and that boils down to mental determination. I admire the individuals on this site who have stuck to it for so long. I think it's inspiring and I hope to count myself among you one day.
Thanks for reading my incredibly long-winded introduction and thanks for having me!

- side-to-side stretches, or at least some variation of them where I am sitting on the edge of my seat, dick hanging freely, I grip the head/upper shaft and pull up to the left, then down along my thigh, between my legs in a low, deep stretch, and up the right thigh into a mirrored position from where I started. I then reverse the movement, repeat.
- once the blood starts flowing, I clamp the base of my dick with one hand in the typical manual clamp grip, and with the other hand I perform bends, the strength of which entirely depends on my erection level and the grip of my other hand around the base. I bend up and down each side of my dick with my thumb as the fulcrum. This makes my dick plump as absolute fuck in ways I've never experienced. I do one set up and down each side, release the clamp around the base, shake it out, stretch it out a bit, repeat.
- I also do some sort of squash technique where I clamp the base, grip the head, push down, and then I pull back up into a stretch. I basically plunge my dick like this, lightly with not much pressure, only a couple times per session because it just feels very intense. I am very careful during this.
- Lastly, I perform SABRE strikes which you can read about if you check out the Angion Method over on Reddit. I know there's a lot of mixed opinions about the methods, but there are a lot of mixed opinions about everything in PE, and I don't believe in limiting my arsenal based on hearsay. In brief, saber strikes are where you use the side of your thumb (to start) as a blunted object, which you smack into the sides of your cock up and down, as though you were whacking the side of a tree up and down with a stick. It may sound odd, but the principle of it lies in taking advantage of hydraulic pressure within the sinusoidal spaces within your corpus cavernosum. I do this to counteract the pressures forced upon the exterior walls of the penis during clamping activities.
