  • Starting my program

I have been a lurker on the forums for a long time now and because of a lack of privacy and time I have not had a chance to start a program up. Seeing as I have a place of my own now I was hoping to jump into a program full throttle. After looking at some of the beginner programs I have decided on PESG’s program which is as follows:

    *10-Minutes – Warm Up
*Basic Stretching (left, right, straight out, straight up, left and right circle stretches)
    *10-Minutes – Wet Jelqing (5 second strokes)
*120 kegels during the routine along with 100-200 during the day
*2 days on 1 day off.

If you could recommend and changes or additions/subtraction from this I would love the input.

Today was my first full session for the new program.

    Current measurements:

    BPL 5.75"
    NBPL 5.33"
    Girth 4.5"

    Goal: 6.5 x 5

    Sunday October 16, 2011:

warmed up/stretched in a hot shower.
    Wet Jelqued for 150 reps(4-5 seconds/rep)
warm down for 10 minutes with heating pad/damp cloth.

Any advice or input would be great and would help keep me on track

Welcome. Sound just like the jp90 routine, go look at it, thats what you should be doing and what you seem to be doing. You should also do a 10 minute warm down after your routines done also.

Welcome to PEGym, Gilliaj! Best of luck on your PE journey. My advice is stay consistent and you will grow.
To me, there is no shame in PE. It's no different than when guys first began to lift weights/bodybuild and it was a fringe thing. Now it's mainstream.

Hi Gilliaj, welcome to the forums

Your routine looks good to start with. If you are able to deal with the time and privacy issue, you could add another set of stretches after a few weeks or so, and you could slowly build up the jelqs to 20 minutes.

It's a good idea to start a progress log to record any changes you make, to keep you motivated, and for possible advice from others.

        Good luck
