My penis has never been near another vagina other than my wife's in over 40 years so I consider it quite safe. Unfortunately it only works 50% of the time.

My penis pump is quite safe if I keep the vacuum under 5 in/hg and it always works because it is a quality set-up. You need to read the suggested threads and get back to us with some specific questions.
