Hi Jellfishbrains, i've seen your pics and on one of your comments you was saying to somebody, that you had heared you get 1 inch length and 1 inch girth gains with the beginners routine. I don't know wether you was joking about that? and i don't want to curb your enthusiasm but freaky easy gainers may get those type of gains (they are rare rare people) but the overwhelming majority have to grind out their gains. It may take a year to get an inch in length maybe even longer, you just need to be persistant, appreciate the small gains and be prepared to see PE as a long term thing. If your willing to do that then anythings possible. Best of luck!

Please, don't get your hope too high on how fast you may gain. Good gains do take time to get and then maintain.

After conditioning you could try more specific exercises to even out the shaft girth like reverse jelqs, ULIs and squeezes for glans size. I heard LAS (lazy ass stretches are also good for base girth). In the future you might even consider hanging because that might help in several areas. Length, base girth, and maybe head girth. I know when I experimented with hanging the glans became large, and others have said that too. I need to be careful myself not to add more size to the head or it'll look like a baseball bat.
