    im 22. been doing body building since 13. stuarted PE at Age 17. Fully Comitted 2 Yes ago. i gained 1 inch in Girth in a Years time now im obcessed. I try to Appy sports nutistion and bodybuilding to PE. every thing i do in PE is Advanced to the Fact my penis has built up alot of.resistance that what i do is a little Extreme. i created a excercise Called the Roller Crusher. i wanna learn as mich as possable and share my knowledge.

    How about some more information. Routine? Stats? What you would like to know? etc.

    Also, can you be sure that some of your gains weren't a result of finishing puberty? Anyways, congrats.

    Also, if you could please just proof read your posts a bit, It would help everyone out as English is some forum member's native language.
    Initial(9-1-11): BPEL: 7.25", BPSFL: 7.75", EG: 4.75", BEG: 5.25", BPFL: ~5.0", FG: ~4.0"
    Current(7-1-16): BPEL: 8.375", BPSFL: 8.75", EG: 5.375", BEG: 5.875", BPFL: ~6.625", FG: ~4.75"

    Realistic Goal: BPEL: 8.5", EG: 5.5"
    Idealistic Goal: BPEL: 9.0", EG: 6.0", BPFL: 7.0", FL: 5.0"

      Welcome, START HERE! is a great place to start and shows you all the routines and exercises. You've been doing it for 2 years as you say and you gained, so why change?

        I dont really want to change for what I do works really well . I wish to make it better.
        I finishes puberty at 18. Im 5 foot 5 inches tall I havent grown since 16 17.

            Males continue to mature through their early twenties. I was about 5'4"-5" until I was 19 or 20. Last time I checked I was 5'7". I'm 24.
            What is it you actually want to change? How much more do you want? What were you, are you? More details brah.

              Well For example is there really a way to make Supra Slammers any more effective. well i have a advanced Girth workout just a Girth exercise i created 2 years ago and it works really well. i just wanna find ways to improve it. and other little inovative things to add to my Arsenal. for Ex L cartinine , ZMA or using Arnica cream and Vitamin E oil or Erosets oil. which all of these things i do and they works wonders. ive lingered on this site for years. ive heard of a guy using a infared light like a rice sock. im just looking for more Inovative ways to improve.my PE lifestye even when its going go i just want to add more tools to my arsenal to make it better. so if theres any points or tips that are unique id.be glad to hear. if not dont worry about it.

                Do you clamp? I still have a treasure trove of Clamping and Double Clamping exercises stored from StillWantMore.
                Start FL: 5.75--FG: 4.5--EL: 8--EG: 5.75--CI: 2.5F/1.5E
                Now FL: 6.1--FG: 5.25--EL: 8--EG: 5.75--CI: 3
                Soon FL: 6.5--FG: 5-5.5--EL: 8.25--EG: 5.85--CI: 4
                Goal FL: 7-7.5--FG: 5.5-6--EL: 9.25--EG: 6.25--CI: between 6 and 8 flaccid

                  I Clamp all the Time the ONLY time i dont is when i do a few uli s in the Shower or Bathmate on weekends

                      Thanks alot some times i feel like a mad scientist when it comes to this
                      this is the first time ive actually talk to other people who understands.
                      talking to a non PE er makes there eyes rolled in the back of there head as if your talking about black holes and inter galactic space time dimenions
