Great forum you have here and I'm so glad I found it.
I've been reading the forum for almost 2months now and have slowly started my journey into PE.
A little history about me. I haven't taken care of my mind or body overthe last 20 years and now that I'm 42 things have finally caught up with me,especially in EQ, size and stamina areas.
When in my twenties I had great EQ and measured NBPEL at7.25 and a EG of 5.7, but flash forward twenty years later and after work stress, a ton of caffeine and smoking and about 20 extra pounds I'm now findingmy NBPEL at 5.6 and my EG is 5.1. (Still nothing to frown upon I know, but to shrink that much?!?), I guess the old saying "use it or lose it" is true. Anyway, I'm now focused on getting myself back to where I was before or maybe even better.
I've dropped the 20 pounds, stopped drinking caffeine, and I've started down the path to quit smoking.
I know this is a long journey and that all good things take time so I'm going to start slow and see how things progress.
Thanks again for this great site where I can learn so much about keeping myself healthy and happy.
