  • Hi Everyone

Great forum you have here and I'm so glad I found it. I've been reading the forum for almost 2months now and have slowly started my journey into PE.

A little history about me. I haven't taken care of my mind or body overthe last 20 years and now that I'm 42 things have finally caught up with me,especially in EQ, size and stamina areas.

When in my twenties I had great EQ and measured NBPEL at7.25 and a EG of 5.7, but flash forward twenty years later and after work stress, a ton of caffeine and smoking and about 20 extra pounds I'm now findingmy NBPEL at 5.6 and my EG is 5.1. (Still nothing to frown upon I know, but to shrink that much?!?), I guess the old saying "use it or lose it" is true. Anyway, I'm now focused on getting myself back to where I was before or maybe even better.

I've dropped the 20 pounds, stopped drinking caffeine, and I've started down the path to quit smoking.

I know this is a long journey and that all good things take time so I'm going to start slow and see how things progress.

Thanks again for this great site where I can learn so much about keeping myself healthy and happy.

Don't you feel lonely? Afterall you joined 40 minutes ago and not one mod has come to welcome you. Isn't that shameful? Do you know why? No it's not because they don't like you. Hell they don't even know you yet. Maybe when they get to know you they won't like you but they don't not like you yet.The reason they're not here is because they're at the mod holiday party. Why aren't I there? Well they tell me my invitation is in the mail. Yes I fell for it last year too.Hey that's okay. We don't need them; we got us right? Well welcome to the gym and enjoy your stay. Besides being the only welcome you got wouldn't you say it was the best?

Welcome Phil. I have a fat pad issue also. Take care.

Hi Cusp82, thanks for the welcome and yes I would say it was the best welcome ever. I don't feel lonely a bit, after all I have this great forum now and I know how you feel about the party, I haven't been to a good party in a long time.

Colt, thanks for the welcome also. Part of my major concern is the fact that I've gotten rid of my fat pad already by dropping 20lbs, yet my little soldier hasn't returned to full duty.

But I guess with smoking 2 packs a day and drinking about 2000mg of caffeine everyday for 20 years it might take him longer to recover than I thought.

Thanks again for the welcome guys.

Well I have heard it said that the fat pad is the last to go. Or are you talking about a erection quality issue?

The fat pad that I had is gone now, i'm 5'11" and wieght 174lbs and my body fat is around 15% so my issue is with EQ and the length/girth that I've seem to have lost over the years of none use and or abuse.

But I'm on day 17 of JP's 90 day routine, I started very slow for the first two weeks with just half the number of jelqs and v-jelqs until I could find a balance of grip and speed and to give the suplements a few days to get in my body. So far things are ok and my PI's are good for the most part, some days are better than others.

I think that is what brought a lot of us older guys here. I had a ED for about two weeks and some declining EQ but also always wanted to be bigger but who doesn't.

Hey Colt we're not older; we're "mature"!
