  • hello all!

first off i would like to say hello.

i stumbled on this website after one day looking at myself in the mirror naked.
im 6 foot 4 tall and all my life i have just been a big guy. my penis isnt exactly huge but its not small for my size either. i have never measured my penis but will once i get a workout started and a log. but i googled things and stumbled on this website because, frankly im just not happy about my size.
i dont expect to be hung like a horse, and i dont want to be either. the reason i am doing this though is because i want to be happy with the way i look without clothes on. i look at this as a sort of body modification, just like with weight lifting, gauging your ears, tattoos ect.

i also would like to be able to better preform in bed, its not bad but sometimes i just have problems with keeping an erection especially when i get hot.

so if you all have any questions, or any advice on where i should start that would be great and super helpful. i will be doing my own research but if the community could help to speed up that part and i can get to where i am starting my workouts sooner then that would be better.

i thank anyone who reads this and can help me. i hope to be a valuable contributor to the community and can achieve my goals.

Welcome to the gym blankmind, There is a link that says "Start Here", oddly enough that is where I started and I recommend clicking that... I would read alot, watch the available videos, start a log, and start JP's 90 day routine. Good luck!
