  • Hey

Im very new to this sort of thing so i thought an introduction post might help some of you lead me in the right direction. Im an 18 year old guy living in Washington and i just started school at the UW. My girlfriend and i just started having sex a few months ago and i realized i either have difficulty staying erect or maybe its all in my head and this is normal. She was my first so i have no idea. Anyways, i dont feel as though im small (7'' erect), but who doesnt want to make their girlfriend happy so i thought i might want to start in on some beginner exercises or an extender or supplements possibly? Im just looking for advice from anyone who feels like it, bigger firmer dick is every guys goal so tell me how you think i should start.
    Appreciate all comments,
    Narcizist

    Welcome to pe gym.
A starting point for erection issues is often substances, alcohol etc. Could be head issues but I stay out of that area. Interesting name btw.
Edgeing and kegel/reverse kegel routines are good for erections.

Hey man welcome. start right at the beginning like everyone else bro, read this first...
READ THIS BEFORE YOU POST!!!!! Maximize Your Success Here.
It will tell you loads that you need to know. Read esspecially the safety thread, this is vital in PE. Nothing worse than an injury. After you have read up on the basics you can choose a routine that fits your needs. Most guys go for the JP90 routine, its easy to do and easily modified if needed.

I would'nt personally use an extender when starting out, it could cause a bad injury because your not conditioned enough for it yet, but that's just me. See what you get out of the 3 month routine then decide where you want to go from there. PE is'nt to be rushed, just take your time and let the gains come when want to instead of forcing it.

Stay determined, patient, safe and keep your knowledge up by constantly reading!! Good luck bro.
