  • Hey everyone

    Hi, all.

I came across this site when I found the below link through Google.

    https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-enlargement-forum/11665-supplements-semen-increase.html

Was pleasantly surprised that there seemed to be some logical reasoning and assessment going on and as my interest was piqued, I thought I'd have a read through the information here. I've never considered PE, or even realised that there was any evidence for it working. I've always been happy with the size of my penis (it's been the same size (~7" BPEL/5" EG) since the age of 13, I'm now in my 30s, but it looked much bigger in proportion then, especially as I was skinny as hell!).

My main objective was to be able to shoot a decent load, I've always been more of a dribbler. However, I was on a health-trip a couple of years ago and was eating chicken stir-fries with Chinese vegetables and Kikkoman soy sauce every evening. For the first time in my life, I started shooting a couple of feet two or three times consistently when I ejaculated. I'd already been exercising well for a couple of years prior and my lifestyle had not changed in any other way. Anyway, hooked up with a new girl at the time and had to have a bit more variety in my meals and within a couple of weeks I was back to dribble-town.

From the above thread, I guessed that maybe Lecithin was the key (extracted from soy, etc) so I've been taking that, Zinc and Pygeum and Saw Palmetto in the same quantities as the above thread for a couple of weeks now and I'm not seeing any difference. One day I'll find the magic ingredient that doesn't involve the same meal every evening!

Starting a bit of PE for EQ more than anything but some small gains would also be appreciated. Trying to detail as much as poss in my blog so I can hopefully give something back to this wonderful community.

Apologies for the long and rambling post, especially if some of the content should really be in another thread. And if you're still awake, nice to meet you!

Welcome to the gym. take a look in the beginners forum and read up on as much as you can. The sticky threads are a great source of info. Best of luck to you.

Thanks for the advice and welcome, BigO. I've spent a week or so browsing as much information as I can find in the stickies and the rest of the site. There's a huge amount of excellent advice and experiences provided by your good self and a core of other regular contributors/moderators.

I've a thirst for knowledge and like to discover as much as possible about a subject when one interests me. With something as close to heart as my pecker (figuratively!), I've tried to make sure I'm as informed as I can be before I start even gentle beginner exercises.

I'm going to take things slowly and will track progress with data and photos for my own, and others', benefit. I'm not looking for massive gains, but within a week of mainly just practising gentle stretches and wet jelqs, I'm already seeing a 0.5" (cold) to 1" (warm) longer flaccid hang! If other gains come as well, then great, but I'm more in it for the conditioning at the moment. This appears to be a really under-researched field considering the implications it has and any data we can provide to advance it, or even just to dispel existing myths and assumptions, has to be a good thing.
