Hey im new here, my name is Paul, i'm 18 and i'm from france
I know PE maybe since 1 year but never get into it seriously since i hadn't had time, i was just doing some stretches and fowfers sometime
But now i want to start a regular routine to see real gains, though i don't have so much privacy time in the day (just while im in the shower and in my bed at night and sometime when there is nobody home)
So this forum looks really cool whith a lot of informations, i think i'll try a shorten version of the JP90
I'll put my measurements later since im on my iphone right now and looks like i can't with it

Oh and i was wondering also, i have a pretty high LOT ( about 11 ) and would like to know what would be the most efficient exercices for me ? Basic down stretches ?

I hope my english is okay also, i guess you'll understand what i mean even if it's not correct.

    Thanks !

Yo! Welcome to the gym, your english is good. Some guys find the JP90 a little to much to do at the start, i was one of them. Good idea to shorten it, i did this aswell, then went to the original routine after a few weeks of getting used to it. If you havn't already then give this a read...

Peing safe is vital so read the safety part especially!!

I never focused on the LOT theory, i just focued on the routine and training safe. Listen to your penis, if its had enought then stop.

    Good luck mate.
