    hey everyone

    well im 20 ive always wanted to get bigger (who doesnt lol) but ive never wanted to pay for somthing i feel i should be able to do myself. well i found this forum and i read a couple threads and i feel like theres alot of smarts here. so ive decited to give it a try, but i dont know where to start. so if yall could just guide me in the right direction id really appresiate it.

    Read that, it has some great useful information then after check out the Jp90 routine, great for beginners like yourself and it's needed to condition yourself.

      Welcome to the gym nate. Stay determined, focused, consistent, patient and safe! Read the safety threads in the link Steve gave you, it is vial. Doing these things will help you on your way to a bigger unit.

        thanks for the help one more question im sorry if its been anwsered i just havent seen it. but when i get to where i want to be if i just stop the exercises will it shrink back to where it was or will it stay the size it is?

              You normally have to "cement" your gains. Basically this means slowly weaning yourself off of your PE routine. Its common to loose a small portion of your gains without cementing them. Some people purposely overshoot their goal to account for this. A small maintenance routine can also help - just a quick little routine you can do once or twice a week while you're in the shower.

              Of course, there are plenty of people that neither cemented their gains or did a maintenance routine with no losses at all. The book "Exercising the Penis" gives a good explanation - gains newer than 3-4 months are at the greatest risk of being lost without cementing them. Generally, gains that were made 3-4 months ago and more are there permanently.

              Not a clear-cut answer, but that should give you some direction
