    First of all thanks to the founder. What a titanic work you have done. Thanks also to all members.My story: I am middle aged, married and still horny as a rabbit. I have a decent size ( FL 6.5", FG 5.5") but the last few years I have been suffering from premature ejaculation. It has been getting worse overtime. Nowadays I can last about maybe 1 mn of hard pumping and that's it. I explode and it takes my a good while to muster strenght to attempt a second round. Round three is no longer in the picture. I remember in my mid twenties going for up to number 7 in a night. But it's been a steady decline.I was about to order superman stamina when I stumbled onto the forum through a google search and decided to take charge of my situation instead. I have been reading the forums now for three days and have started on JP'S 90 days routine. I am on day three and already have seen tremendous benefits: better looking flaccid penis, more volume when ejaculating, great confidence that I will beat this PE, edging up to 30mn last night. I am just amazed and excited at the possibilities. My questions:when you kegel, is the goal to hold it as long as you can? Do you breathe while kegeling or hold your breath. I did not experience any LOT when doing JP's routine. Is that normal? How do you make a rice sock? or do you just buy it? When doing the ok grip is it imperative that the palm be down? I am more comfortable with palms up. Does it make a difference?In JP's routine when it talks about 25 quick kegels, do you hold one for a count of 25 or kege 25 times?Tha's it for now.     2. Loss of tug, Clues in the name if you can't feel any tug anywhere you probally have a high lot, that theory has being nullified recently anyway.
    3. I just kegel and breath separatley
    4. You put rice in a sock, wrap the end. Put it in microwave for maybe a minute. then put it on your dick.

    7. Don't hold for 25 seconds, do 25 quick kegel squizes not holds

            I was wondering if there are other exercices that I can incorporate to my 90 days routine that's specifically designed to help with premature ejaculation since that's my primary area of concern.
            What do y'all think?
            Also is edging and balloning recomended for a newbie?
