  • Hi!

    Hey there,

I'm bill from New York (24 y/o). I just got into PE recently with the purchase of my first stretcher. I came across this site and liked all the exercise plans and forums.

    My penis is

    6.5" BPEL
    5.5" EG
    5"BPFL

I'm good in the girth department, but what annoys me is my flaccid size. It's small. My main goal is to increase my flaccid size. Of course, erect gains are the other goal.

I'm also circumcised which I have resented since I was a teen. I've tried to restore my foreskin a few times, but I just didn't have the determination and gave up. So now the plan is to do the PE first and work on the FR later.

If anybody wants to chat or anything, hit me up, I'm always open to new people.

How would you recommend integrating the stretcher into JPs 90 day program?

5 inches flaccid is above average in the flaccid length, bro. Most men are between 3-4 in the real world. You are a shower indeed and not a grower or in between because more erection length increases 2.5-3 inches in size where you only increase 1-2. Perhaps you should think about just increasing your erection length to accommodate.

The thing is I'm 6'4" and it looks totally out of proportion when flaccid. In any event any gain is good gain, right?

Welcome to PEGym! You're fortunate to be starting at a good size. Stick with it and you'll end up pretty impressive.

Best thing to do when starting is to simplify by staying just with a newbie routine like the JP90 or one of the others. The normal recommendation is to stay with that for about 3 months before considering more advanced manual techniques or hardware. This is really to allow some conditioning of your penile tissues, as well as being an important learning period for you. Jelqing and stretches can take a lot of practice to get right. You'll also be learning to pay close attention to how your penis and related anatomy responds to the exercises.

Read everything you can in the Beginner's Forum about starter routines and safety concerns (Safety First sticky thread). Use a lot of common sense. Be patient, very patient. Outside of fairly common gains right from the start, nearly all PE gains are characterized by being amazingly slow. However, over time those gains have been known to exceed two inches for the big gainers. Perseverance is everything once you've found a routine that nets gains for you.

6'4. Dude, I am 6'2 and know what you mean but really if your member flaccid it hanging past your balls, then regardless of height, you have a good flaccid hang. But its more impressive to a female if you have a good flaccid hang and you gains some good inches when erect. Flaccid it nice to look at for some females, but the erect penis is what's important.

I used to have 4.25 in flaccid which on me did not look at that impressive but really no female I have ever been with cared at all about it when it came to bedding down time. But they did care about the size when erect. Keep that in mind from a dude in his fourties with experience. If you just want flaccid hang do the JP's and then start traction wrapping.

              Welcome to PE!

Handcramp has given you some solid advice about doing the JP90 routine first and sticking with it for the 90 days before adding things like advanced exercises or devices (like your stretcher).

He's also bang on advising you to read the safety first thread. Very important to treat your unit well. You only have one penis so when doing any exercises, remember to take it slow. Don't rush into things without understanding what you're doing, how you should do it properly and for how long, how hard... all that. There are way too many threads about guys injuring their dongs. You don't want to be starting one as well.

Increasing your penis size takes time and patience. If you are lacking either, you risk injury that will slow your growth down even more, or worse, mess up your unit. So, start with a beginner routine (like JP90) and read up as many threads as possible in the device forum, before you start stretching.

Good luck, and happy, safe PE'ing!

I understand what you're saying and erect gains would be great but I want the flaccid gains more for personal reasons than anything else. It just doesn't look big enough to me and I get self-conscious in gym showers and stuff. I've never had trouble satisfying women (although I chalk that up mostly to my girth). Anyway, bigger is better so I'll take whatever gains I get.

I think that's what I'll do. I did the first session of JP90 tonight and that took long enough for one day so I'll hold off on the stretcher for a while.

Is it ok to do traction wrapping in-between the JP90 workouts or should that wait a while too?

Dude, the shower room, really? You are 24 yrs old, please! And I will tell you if you are actually 5 inches flaccid parallel measured (not hang measured), then to the dudes in the shower room, you are fricking huge, although they will never tell you saving face. Don't do traction wrapping yet or extenders . Finish the JP's routine first. I do traction wrapping (and am now for about 5 hours, nice and comfortable) but I am 9 months into PE and am conditioned to it, and I do it for cementing length gains which does work well. I don't stretch as much but have cemented the gains in length from it also it helps increase and cement the flaccid gains (which are far easier to get than erect length gains).

Well, see it all depends on how you measure flaccid length. I prefer to measure parallel to the ground because hang measurements are not all that accurate. If you measure at 4.5 parallel then hang measurement would be about .5+ depending on flaccid girth at the base and ligaments. I measure at 5.25 now parallel to the ground, and measure at about 5.6-8 hanging due to loose ligaments. Most times, it will look longer in the ligaments are looser because the it hangs down more. 4.5 in fl is still a nice flaccid hang regardless, and props for you gain.

4.5" is the average NBPFL held up parallel to the floor(not pulled, just lifted). I don't see how an accurate measurement could be taken while it's hanging down, nor have I ever measured my penis in that way.

4.5 is not average at all hanging or parallel but above average, my friend. Now, don't start thinking that I am telling you how you measure because I am not and would appreciate that you don't assume anything but rather ask. I am saying 4.5 on parallel or hang is still nice in size for flaccid and that is all. You feel what I am saying to you? Again, props for your gain.
