It turns out I'm on the small end of average. I've noticed a lot of already large dudes on here. My hope is starting small doesn't limit my potential to much.

I'm in my mid thirties. I'm getting divorced after being married for 6 years. My marriages was a pretty lame and depressing scenario, so I have a lot of self improvement to do. My wife was so lame, I just quit caring about my health and conditioning. She bored the shit out of me, so I didn't even want to have sex with her anymore.

I never had a problem with my unit. I knew it was a bit small, but I always had great EQ and am just pretty good at wielding it. Now I am a middle aged father. Any women I am likely to be involved with are likely to have different expectations than the young girls I used to fuck.

So along with stop smoking, and lose weight, I have to regain my penis power. Even better if I can get gains.

    BPEL: 5.5
    MEG: 4.75
    BEG: 5
My flaccid penis can straight up turtle itself to nothingness. I would appreciate some gain there as well.

I could use a longer stroke, as 5 usable inches can be problematic when things get wild. No fun to fall out.

Base girth is not bad, but I would like to get that girth a little deeper.

After only using my penis for super quick ninja jerk off sessions, doing my first super short workout session was very enjoyable. I just did a half JP90. About 15 minutes not counting warm up/down and about 15 minutes of edging. That was last night, and at six this morning I was awoken by the most raging rock hard morning wood I can remember in about 5 years. So that was fun.

If anyone can point me to were these guys are coming up with EQ ratings, I have been looking to no avail.
    Starting point(4-24-12): BPEL 5.5, MEG 4.75(12cm), BEG 5.0.

Evaluating EQ is purely a subjective thing based upon your own past experience. I'd think about it this way: Best ever EQ is like that we had in the teen years when our bodies were basically pristine. Frequent nightly wood, frequent morning wood, random wood all day long, unbelievably easy hard-ons whenever you wanted one with astounding hardness--EQ nirvana. Those things commonly fade away gradually starting in the twenties and thirties, probably with the random dailies going first, and maybe the boners aren't quite so hard as often.

Going into middle age, and especially with poor lifestyle habits, the nightlies and morning woods start decreasing. Hard-ons themselves may become more 'rubbery' more of the time. This is when guys start looking at Viagra and the like.

Depending upon where you are in life when starting PE, EQ changes can be pretty dramatic. Lots of guys report discovering more night wood and either having a hard-on first thing in the morning, or can more easily get one. Erection firmness tends to improve as well. The causes most likely are variable. Some is nothing more than a higher level of general arousal--when you start doing PE, you're thinking about your cock a lot more during the day. Some is physiological--exercises like jelqing move a lot of blood around within the entire penile anatomy, and probably stimulate additional circulation in the hours between. Most of us who jelq notice greater definition of the subcutaneous veins in the weeks following our start in PE, as well as a generally larger flaccid size.

So, bottom line is that you make your own judgement as to your current EQ status, then revise as you venture into PE.
    Wood is good!

Understood. So since my wife hasn't turned me on in years, and I haven't cheated on her, I've conditioned myself to be acustomed to a 6-8 EQ. Add smoking and being overweight, and its been a while since I've seen a 10 EQ...till this morning anyway.

Only four days in it's obvious things are a bit different. Yesterday was an off day, but that didn't stop me from doing a couple of edging sessions. Both ended in ejaculation (surely not ideal, but it was a bad day in a personal level. So I needed to treat myself). Despite cumming twice before going to sleep, I still had crazy morning wood. That's teenager territory.

Today I am turtled like a mofo, but I assume that just happens. I get in a workout tonight. We'll see what that does.

So, just over 2 months has yielded some gradual results.

I have found it is easy for me to overtrain. I have ridiculously strong hands. I am a working man. I think I have a hard time going easy. Due to severe turtling and hardness that I don't like, I am doing only half to 3/4ths of the JP90.

Despite the light workload, I have gotten about 1/8th inch in erect length and 3/16 in girth. I'll take that. I take alot of off days. I don't think I got EQ based rookie gains, as my EQ was about 10 from starting measurements. I have more pronounced veins and more ridges along the shaft.

My only disappointment is no real flaccid hang improvement. I'll just keep on, and hope it comes along. Just strange since most newbies report better flaccid hang before any gains.

Please keep going man, I've just finished JP's 90 day routine, I'm taking a week off before starting king poles routine, I gained about .2 of an inch on EL .3 on BPEL and .4 on FL and .4/.5 on BPFL (all inches). Slow and steady wins the race.
              The only way, is forward.

I agree. Slow and steady. I was pleased to see any change at all. I may never stop.

I also thought it was odd that I gained more girth than length. Particularly, taking into account my starting EQ and the TGC theory. Although, I am only just now getting comfortable with applying any real force during stretching. That could be the reason.
