Hey guys kinda new to this. Just looking for an answer. So back when I was like 15 or so I discovered masturbation like any guy would. I eventually became kind of addicted to it. But then around 18 years old (im 20 now) i lost my virginity and we ended up going out for like 1.5 years. We would have sex constantly. Every day sometimes 5 times a day. Just a couple months ago we broke up. So I went from having sex everyday to no sex at all. So I started masturbating alot because I missed the feeling so much. But for atleast like 2-3 weeks my erections have been weaker. I don't get them as much. My ex occasionally will hook up again but the last 2 times we did I went soft while having sex with her. I was rock hard during foreplay but 10 minutes into sex I went soft. Then just recently I had sex with another girl. Same thing occurred. I was rock hard during foreplay but then sex came and my erection lasted for like 10 min. Yea I did have the thought in my head at the time thinking i had ED and its still in my head. Even when I masturbate my erections arent full 100% like they should be. Ive been doing alot of research on the internet and while some sites say masturbation can't harm you some people say that masturbating too much can cause your sex drive to lower and your hormones to decrease causing weak erections and also it can damage nerves in your penis. Plus for a few days now my balls have been hurting and my abdomen, in and around the groin area. After I had sex with that girl (doggy style) my balls killed as if I got hit there but it could just be from them smacking into her. But they are sensitive. Also they always feel kind of cold along with my penis and feel sweaty alot. I went to my doctor he checked me out and he thinks im fine. But why are my erections weak and not 100%? Im freaking out. Please help me!!!!

Anxiety and jeking off way to much. Maybe you should take up a hobby like model building or knitting, anything to keep your hands occupied. Screwing 5 times a day is alot but jerking off that much is just wacky. Go play some video games, keep your hand away from your dick, realx, don't even think you have ed, and enjoy being young and all will be well! Okay so what do you have to eat;I'm straving? The world's still a toy if you just stay a boy!

You don't have ed; you're a bit anxious, especially after a long term breakup. Just forget about everything, cut down on the you know what, and enjoy being young. Before you know it you'll be my age. Hey wanna trade????The world's still a toy if you just stay a boy!

Relationships are never guaranteed to last without a strong commitment and sacrifice to allow it grow (and by the way, sex doesn't save a relationship but maybe hook you up with her when she needs a good bedding down but that's about it, personal experience which I never gave it to). You will evidently find someone else and hopefully both of you do your best to make the most of it for the long haul.
Secondly, you already had an issue with masturbation before her which means if you are back to it, it more has to do with your form of release like a drug. Yeah, you ran back to what you know when all it not well. You are a masturbation-druggie and need to stop relying on it. Break that habit which it not doing you well at all but rather desensitizing your libido and you don't really even know it. What feels good does not always make it good. Stop! Deal with issues at hand head on and move on. If you do this, you will only become stronger from it gaining more wisdom to handle things and build character in the long run.Begin 7/25/2011:

As they said...
Anxiety isn't just in obvious form "i'm worried about my penis getting hard" but it's also worried about performing like it's your last time. You guys broke up, she came back. You're trying your best to please her and that's all you're thinking about now. You want to make it so good that she'll want to come back. But it wasn't the sex that was the problem. Your relationship just never worked out in other areas. I known more than a few women who have gone back to their previous lovers/boyfriends/husbands just for quickies because it's what they knew and all the knew. It was the sex they'd grown up with, so it's the comfort they have. It doesn't mean it's better, it's just familiar.
For you, you shouldn't worry if your sex was the reason you broke up. It's not... Trying your best to please someone isn't going to make them stay.
I'm making these assumptions based on what you've said in your first post...
You do NOT have ED. You have an anxiety issue. Resolve your anxiety and you'll resolve your soft penis problem. Wanting to please someone more than they've ever been pleased before is an issue that caused me to have delayed ejaculation and soft penis issues for a while. I found out I was just really worried about pleasing her that my mind wouldn't allow me to please myself. When I let go, I was hard all the time, and ready all the time. I came within a reasonable amount of time, and everything was okay.
You really have to get your mind in check, broseph. The mind is the most important body part during sex.
