  • Third time is a charm!

    Hey everybody,

I found this forum a few months ago and found the info very addicting. Matter of fact, you guys are the only site I liked enough to want to join and talk to. I have tried a jelq routine last year (I was 27) and also when I was 19 to very little success. This time I actually built up the nerve to tell my wife what I was doing, and set myself a decent schedule.

Here's a breakdown on what I have and what I'm doing about it.

Measured 6/11/12 (roughly a month in)
    BPEL-6.5"
    BPFSL-6.5"
    BEG-5"
    MEG-4.5"
    EEG-4.25"
Does anyone have experience with small head/cone penis? I could use some help focusing my routine for that.

    Goal- 8" x 6"

I do all my PE in the bath.

    Every other day-
10 minutes warmup in hot bath
newbie stretch routine (up, down, left, right, center, hold for 25 quick kegals then 10 slow stretched rotations on each side)
3 sets of 50 jelqs at medium strength/ medium erection
3 sets of 10 semi-erect bends (rolling bend from base to under head, down then back up)
2-3 sets of 5in. hg pumping for 10 minutes each
    finish with edging

Any time I use the restroom I do 20 x 2 second light tugs

I'm sure this workout is extreme for me only being a month in, however, I feel like the last failed attempts at PE left me with a fairly strong tunica. I am a little sore after my PE, but by the next time I'm due I am completely healed.

Any thoughts, feelings, guidance, would be much appreciated. Thanks

It does seem like a bit too much in the beginning. Your soreness is telling you something don't you think. Stay with the 90 day routine, gently, until your conditioned. Hurting yourself, which many do in haste, really hurts!
The world's still a toy if you just stay a boy!

      Point well taken CUSP82.
I did base my routine on the jp 90. I was looking for an alternative to the v-jelq, as it was uncomfortable to me. I guess I was thinking being slightly sore meant it was working. So I shouldn't feel any soreness whatsoever? Thanks for the advice!

be gentle buddy. work up slowly in intensity, you shouldnt feel sore right now. try going for more of a pleasurable jelq.

later on when you are conditioned enough, and see that your gains have slowed. you can begin the more intense workouts.

Your semi erect bends sound like Slinky bends or Compressors which are advanced exercises. Pretty extreme for the first month, or first few months even. Advanced exercises should be saved for when you need them, otherwise you may be throwing away the potential of newbie gains. V-jelqs are still one of my favourite exercises, although it did get a little while to get the technique right. More lube helped initially.

I got it guys, back down to the beginners route.... I guess it is real easy to want to go too quick. Tortoise and the hare and all that, thanks for the responses. I'll be posting updates here and there, so we'll see if I get some good gains.

Good luck waterboy. I actually think your routine is pretty good. Just be careful with the intensity of those slinkies (or swap for something else) and for the first month or two maybe just drop the pump sessions to 1 or 2 and the Hg to 3. Otherwise I reckon it's quite a well balanced. As for the shroom head size, there are exercises like squeezes that can target that. Maybe mini jelqs too. I think that's what they're called. It's not really abnormal to feel a little sore when starting out, but it will be useful to start taking notice of your PIs.

You might also think about a long warm-up. I think a long warm-up helps reduce the possibility of injury,
                especially early on.

Hey guys just an update: I have dialed things back and actually gave v-Jelqs another shot....I was doing them wrong! Now that I am doing them right they are my favorite part of my routine! I am also starting to look bigger! I don't think it translates into the numbers really, it just feels heavier. Guess I should start a journal post.
