    I want to know from an experienced person, step by step what I need to do to gain at least 1 permanent inch in length. I'm happy with my girth. Just not the length.

    I don't like hearing "Do whatever best works for you." OK. How am I supposed to know what works for me if I don’t see results, or don’t have a quantum scientific machine to track every leap of growth? I want to hear from people who have been there and are DONE with it. I mean done with cementing. I’m talking no more pills, devices, exercises, anything. I don’t want you to post links here, or tell me where I need to go. INCLUDE IT ALL IN YOUR REPLY. Step by step by step by step, in which helped YOU gain your results. What to do before, during, and after, but not forever. I’m thinking of buying (...) pills from Ron JERMEY’S site at the #1 pill, and buying Bath Mate and using them at the same time. Thing is, I don’t want to have to take pills or use this thing forever. It’s embarrassing and inconvenient to hide devices from loved ones. Especially if we break up and she knows what I have been doing. Just please help. I’m living in a prison and have no confidence. People said go out and meet somebody and just try it. So I did, told her my size, and she won’t talk to me anymore. She was my dream woman, and fell for her and now I’m fucked up in the head. It’s been over 3 years since I have been laid.     You need patience and start the JP90 program the guys mentioned to you in the other thread you started yesterday. Gains take time and you don't want to risk injury. A 6 inch hard dick is way better than a 6 inch dick that doesn't work anymore. The link to the program can be found in the following thread.

    You stated above that it's been 3 years since you've been laid, why don't you give the program the 90 days required. Three months isn't that long. Good luck & welcome to the gym

      You have already posted a very similar thread (I'm 24....6 inches since way before highs hool. Please help.), you will get the exact same responses in this one. Please don't unnecessarily replicate threads

      Do JP90 as SLU suggests, give it time and you will see gains with manual PE

                  How about you start reading and do your own research? I want to help ofcourse, but everything we're going to say won't be enough for you. You want to hear a magical solution for 1 inch in one month.

                  Like said before: GAINS TAKE TIME. START THE JP90.

                  + we can tell you "jelq for 30 minutes" for example. That won't be enough. You need to get to know your own body. Learn to correctly do the exercise, etc. It takes time.

                  Say to yourself: well, I'm gonna give it 2 years. And start with the JP90 for christ sake!

                    you ask for advice on how to gain an inch from the experts, but dont want to read their posts or listen to the advice they give you?

                    you're expecting others to cater to your needs and body, which they don't know.

                    If you're unwilling to experiment and find your own thing by listening to your body, you're going to have a hard time with this. There is no "Magic pill" or "Silver bullet", If you think there is you've been listening to too many viagra and enzyte commercials.


                    follow the veterans advice and start the jp90 routine, then branch out by trying to incorporate other exercises and routines that can be found all over this site and in "exercising the penis", but unless you know how to listen to your body and other people, you must start at jp90.

                    Mr. Miyagi didn't give Daniel-san all the info at the begining of his training, he told him to wash the car till he understood what he was being taught.

                        A little advice on the women issue:

                          If I were you, I would start with AP90 (Anti-Porn) before JP90.

                          Try it out, and quit porn for 90 days. Your erections will be better, you will feel healthier, and chances are you will be happier too (porn and depression have been shown to have a positive correlation).
                          Having a bigger schlong won't get you laid, but getting your confidence back and feeling happier will help more than anything. Think about what you want to fix, make a list, and write what you will do to fix those things.

                          If you put too much importance on PE, it will only serve to make you paranoid about penis size. PE is only significant to your wellbeing when you are taking the steps required to keep your penis, and yourself healthy.

                            This. I think that the quitting porn for 90 days is a good idea, I'll most likely end up trying it out myself. I jacked off this morning to porn and to my horror ejaculated in 30 seconds. There's no point spending hours upon hours doing PE if you'll never be able to use your new member effectively. Give it a go yourself.

                              Listen to what everyone is saying. There is no quick answer to get what you want. The best thing is to follow a program consistently. You need to be patient. Equipment is not necessary to make gains for most. Keep at it and you will get there, but no one can tell how long it will take. You could get there in 5 months, maybe 2 years, maybe longer, the only sure thing is that you will make progress if you PE properly.
