  • Hi, I'm new here and a week into PE.

    Hi, my name is Keven, I'm 21 and 6'2. My penis is 3-4 inches flaccid and 6.8 x 5.7 at full erection, which I feel is small. I'm doing PE because I'm a hideously insecure person from within; I never express my problems to anyone in person. Along with trying to lose weight (lost 75 pounds so far) I want to have a bigger penis.

    I have only had sex once and it feels worse than being virgin. I want to impress the next girl I am with and to never get burned by "size queens".

    I'm also black and happen to not confirm to any black stereotypes. For example, I have really pale skin and I'm not mixed, I listen to mainly rock and metal and I don't have a big penis. I don't have any of the good stereotypes for black men.

    A couple months ago I tried PE for 2 days and ejaculated blood. Then tried again around a week ago and following https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...r-routine.html. I also do Kegel Exercises For Men - AskMen almost everyday. From doing PE, my penis has been slightly stinging from the shaft from time but I'm still doing PE. Is this normal?

    My goal from PE is to gain 0.5 - 1.5 inches in length and 0.3 - 0.5 inches in girth, both flaccid and erected.

    BTW I lost 75 pounds and never gained an inch on my penis. I've heard from so many people that for every 20-35 pounds lost, you gain an inch in exposure of your penis. My penis size is still the same as before I lost weight. What's the deal?

    Welcome, no blood and stinging isn't normal, use good lube and stop using so much pressure and force.

      The blood and the stinging is definitly not good! Like Steve said: apply less force.

      The JP90 is a good beginners routine, stick with it. btw

        When you lose weight the fat pad on your pelvis will not go away unless you train abs intensely, at least for me. Ive shed 15% body fat in the last 3 months making me 13% and My pad is still there, I'm guessing it'll go away at about 7? Idk but the key to losing weight, building muscle, a bigger penis is patience as well as hard work and dedication. Idk what you did to lose weight whether it be diet, excercise, Weight training or a combination, just be patient tho, the more you lose the longer it will take to lose the weight. Great Job on losing 75 pounds btw, that's incredible. Keep up the good work, and sorry I didn't help much with the PE part, I'm a bodybuilder and still learning this new type of exercising.

          Oh and the fat pad had shrunk a bit but like you I haven't got any size from it.
