    What up yall? I am new and have been looking at PE for a few months now, but am just now ready to get started. I am 5.25" BPEL and 4" EG. I lift weights 3-4x week and do some form of cardio 2-3x week. I drink 1-2 Optimum Nutrition Protien shakes a day w/ 2 scoops (24g protien per scoop) I take a multi vitamin, salmon oil, LBS(Lower bowel stimulant) II for colon health, 500mg Choline, and I also use an HGH spray from body renewel. I am a very big guy and have been all my life. I am 440 lbs with 31% fat which puts me at around 280-290 lbs lean mass. I was 530lbs Jan 1st. I have always been very sexual and not many days have went by since I hit puberty that I havn't busted a nut. Ive done some reading and am going to go with KingPole's Beginner routine he posted in 08.

    So I do not want to bust a nut on my off days? My girlfriend and I usually have sex atleast every day, sometimes 2-3x. I don't want to over work my dick, but I am so horny all the time and so is my girlfriend. How do I balance this out? I'll do whatever I need to in order to grow an inch or two. I love foreplay and can do alot with my hands and mouth but my dick is pretty small at only 4" girth. This is so frustrating lol, here I am with 280lbs lean mass yet I have 5.25" dick lol WTF??? I know PE is real so any advice is appreciated. I am sorry if I gave to much info, but the forum said to be specific and tell a story so that is what I have tried to do.

    One more thing, I have noticed that in the instructions on how to jelq it says to use two hands, one at base and one on glands. Well this is a problem for my big ass. I can only use one hand. I bought a Jelq device from this site to help so that is what I am going to be using. I can use that, clamp it at base and use my other hand to work up shaft, will this work?

    So my routine imma be going with as of right now, unless someone has some other advice is such.

    5 minute warm up
    5 minute stretches in all directions
    25 jelq with jelq machine
    25 one hand jelq with hand
    Keagles(50) and post PE edging 20 min
    Warm down 5 minutes

    I'll do this for two weeks then increase warm up/warm down to 10 minutes and stretches to 7.5 min and start adding 5 jelqs every 2 weeks.

    Does this sound like a good plan? Id love any advice you vet gainers have. Also KingPole if you have any wisdom it's greatly appreciated since im doing your system.

    Forgot to mention, I am 24 yrs old and my goals are to be 7.5" BPEL and 5.5" EG

      Your routine sounds fine, but you could also consider the JP90, up to you though, they are both great beginner routines

      I have never used a jelqing device so I can't advise you on that, sorry. What is the problem with jelqing with your hands though? check out this page and check out the technique: Jelqing Exercises | PEGym

      Finally, don't turn down sex for PE!!
