    Hey all,
Always been self conscious about my size. Also have a bend to the left and down, shaped kind of like a crescent moon. I think I have some scar tissue since the girth is not uniform. There is a slight indent. Anyway, lurking on the forum has given me some hope. I am 38, married and in decent shape.

    Beginning stats 8-7-12
    Nbpel: 5.75
    Meg: 5

    Short term goal
    6/5.5
    Long term
    7/6

    Program so far
    10 min warm up
1 min stretch, left, right, straight, up
    5 circle stretches each direction
    10 min wet Jelq
    10 min warm down

I will also mix in edging and kegels

Hope this site is legit because I don't think there is any more of a way to bare a man's soul than to talk about his penis on the Internet.

Please offer up any advice you might have.

Hi Swing, welcome to the Gym.

That sounds like a great routine for getting started. I think it shows that you have a good head on your shoulders and that you'll have a natural ability for PE. I agree about the baring one's soul bit, and I think that must be the reason why this site can be such an interesting place for discussion.

My advice would be to also measure your flaccid length and girth, and your bone pressed flaccid stretched length. Also the START HERE! thread has links to some of the best information. Also: enjoy it! Very important

    Good luck with your goals.

Thanks for the welcome and encouragement. Here are the measurements you suggested.

      FL 3.5
      FG 4
      BPFSL 5.75

I promise to keep posting updates.

Good stuff. It's really worth while having those measurements so you can see how much you've changed in the future. The stretched length can be especially good for tracking gains and the flaccid length and girth is one of the first improvements you'll see, and will be a sign of good things to come.

Welcome swing. So far this site seems pretty legitimate, either that or a lot of people love to waste their time. There is a lot of good advice that is helping me avoid problems I would have run into had I not found this website. Best of luck.
