    Good evening everyone.

    So I'll cut to the chase of why I'm here. I'm a 21 year old Black Male, 6'2, good looking, Senior at University with a good GPA and a bright future ahead of me. I've never felt unconfident attracting women, but I have never felt comfortable trying to start a sexual relationship until recently. So sometime earlier this year, I finally had the balls to get down to business and try to bone some chick.

    Was I in for a surprise when I found out that there was something horribly wrong with my Penis. Okay, sure, I knew something was wrong before, but I honestly didn't think I had erectile dysfunction. I could barely get it up, and when I could, it wouldn't hang around for every long. This girl had the hots for me and didn't care that my penis was completely wack, and wanted to keep hanging out/sexy type timing anyway. After the 3rd time she assumed that I just wasn't attracted to her, and that's why my dick wouldn't get up, but I knew this wasn't the case. Anyhoo, she said I should get it looked at. Telling my parents would have been awkward, so naturally, I turned to my good old buddy the internet, and I found out where I probably slipped up.

    So, as a young child, I had trouble peeing, and had to have surgery on my penis to enlarge my urethra. I was very tightly circumcised, though I don't know if this is related to my condition. The slit on the top of my penis has a little star shape at the bottom when they likely opened it up. This surgery however, did something to me. It made lying face down feel really good for some reason. I later found this out to be prone masturbation, though I've been doing it long before I knew what masturbation was/starting ejaculating etc etc. When I finally started masturbating, I always did it facedown, and ejactulated very quickly. It was much later (maybe age 16-17) that I found out most people don't do it this way, and eventually learned to masturbate with my hand, and lotion. But because of my bad habits, my penis muscles were very weak, and my penis never learned how to stand up on its own.

    So anyway, I discovered PEGYM, and a lot of the exercises here seemed pretty crazy. I wanted something that would simply cure my ED. I started kegeling and starting seeing results. But after trying to bang a girl yesterday and realizing things were going vertical I realized I still have a long way to go, hence, me making an account, and deciding to follow the church of le PE on its own terms.

    My penis is 6.2ish inches long (it was actually a bit longer (6.5) before I started kegeling, not that I'm complaining, I just want the damn thing to work). Girth is 4.5 (which I learned to be frightening thin after coming here, though I attribute my thin girth to my terrible masturbatory habits). The thing that bothers me most is that I'm sure that my penis would naturally be a lot bigger if I hadn't fucked up so bad as a child. My base girth is really small 4.0in, but the right side has scar/stretch marks, and curves inward, as if it didn't have an opportunity to grow properly (I'll post a picture of it if you guys want). I believe the small base size is the main barrier to strong erections. Whenever I get hard it feels like the base simply can't hold up all that extra penis (especially since it's long and skinny proportionally).

    My goal is main to increase the girth of my penis, mainly the base, so that it's able to support itself. More length probably wouldn't help and I'm fine at 6.2 or whatever as long as the overall condition improves. I want to make sure I don't hurt myself because when I was younger I tried some penis lengthening stuff and it didn't work out (I likely have some sort of ligament damage, as I have abdominal pain sometimes when I get erect etc).

    Kegeling has helped me but I'm looking mainly to increase base girth and strength.
    Don't care about making my penis longer until it gets stronger

    Welcome to the gym! Jelqing as well as stretching in addition to kegaling will increase erection quality in a short time if done correctly. Look up the JP90 newbie routine and stick to it. You may find that you are not only harder but bigger as well. Good Luck

      Welcome to the gym

      Your situation sounds very complex. I know that you expressed that it would be awkward to tell your parents, but you really should see a Urologist just to make sure things are ok.

      It is a beginners routine mainly designed to condition your penis and is a safe routine to begin with. Most guys see a tremendous increase in EQ level from this routine alone. Also, be sure to check out the Erectile Disfunction forum here as there are likely other members with suggestions that may help you with your issues.

            Hey Holiday. I'm just starting out too. I had the same surgery when I was young. Going into the operating room in my earliest childhood memory.

            I also have some scar tissue. And from reading on the forum I think it is related to pretty regular masturbation starting at 12.

            After a few days of this it seems like the scar tissue is starting to break up, at least I feel something in that location, which is a new sensation.

              Welcome to the Gym. You are in the right place to rectify your situation. Be patient and persistent, oh safe too. I do recommend seeing a Urologist if you have abdominal pain when erect. Approach your parents by stating you have abdominal pain when urinating, if your a little embarrassed about telling them, then ask if it could be from the surgery you had.                 Hi Holiday. Hope you make some great progress here improving the health of your prized asset. Maybe you'll increase some of slack in your shaft skin as well for a more comfortable fit

                  Thanks for the support.

                  I didn't really think of it as abdominal pain when erect, but that may actually be the case. I'll have to pay closer attention to make sure. And I went ahead and told my mom about my erectile dysfunction It wasn't as awkward as I thought it'd be, though I didn't tell her about my prone masturbation haha. I'm switching states for an internship soon, so I should probably get it looked at before I go...

                    Holiday:
                    Look into PGE1 injections. They treat erectile dysfunction, and not only that, they are used for enlargement. Girth especially, but overall size.
                    Talk to a urologist, or if you have a friend of the family who is into medicine, pharmacy, etc. This is probably your best bet. I am fairly sure it can cure your ED, but you need to also be doing these exercises. The exercises are even more important than the injections. Do kegels, manual stretches and especially jelqing. It might not make sense, but manual stretching actually makes your base stronger and can add girth, and jelqing is great for erection quality.
                    But seriously, look into PGE1 (prosangladin 1) It's a vasodilator, meaning it expands blood vessels.
                    I am currently taking the injections for enlargement and it seems to be working. You defintely will get an erection with this stuff.

                        Does Pegym have it's own church? Or maybe a religion that I can follow? Because this stuff is GODLIKE.

                        It's only 3 days in, and I can already tell my penis is improving in girth. The texture of the skin has changed (My penis has always had a strange texture to it, not sure if it's because of the tight circumcision or scaring because of bad prone masturbatory habits), in a way that clearly indicates it's stretching. My flaccid length has stayed longer, and my erection seems less bat shaped.

                        It doesn't feel sore or anything, though it'll be a bit tingly at time. Should I go for the full 5 days and rest for 2 days? I want to ensure that I'm consistent in my routine.

                          I would try to shy away from injections. And good on you for telling your mom! That takes some balls my man. You joined the gym, which is the first big step in the right direction Good luck.

                          Edit: Yeah try the 5 on 2 off, if it's too intense you can always switch it up to 2 on 1 off. But I haven't taken a day of for a while. :/

                            I have been sticking to the 5 on 2 off and it has been working great. Like Stallion said though, if your PI's aren't looking good it won't hurt to back off a bit to a 2 on 1 off.

                              They are a good option if nothing else is working how you'd like it to and you feel really bad about your unit.
