  • Hey Im 7.5 x 5.5. Ive gained about .5 in Length and .15 in Girth. Ive been doing PE and have been searching the boards for about 6 months now. Ive tried almost every exercise except pumping. I too am primarily going after girth. I wouldnt mind another inch in length but right now my goal is going for 6.5 in girth. Anyone know how i can accomplish this in about a year? Do compressors work? jw thanks

    • Hi Chubby,
      Penile surgery is expensive and very risky.
      Permanent damage to the penis is very very possible and 80% of the time, there are side effects.
      This is through my own research.

      The next best thing to be very near to surgery is a safer method that you can do it yourself thru the use of Penis Traction device which uses the spread and conquer method.. sometimes these methods are call Penis Extender. Comfortable or not, well, this depends on individual and tolerence level i guess.

          • Allright, so this is my first post on this forum, however, I have been observing PE in it's various incarnations for some time, and with no small degree of skepticism. I have in fact practiced jelqing techniques earlier this year, (I believe now) with some success. However, after noticing some gains, I stopped. I'm only 20, so I was unsure whether to attribute my gains to PE, or natural growth. I'm ready to dip my toe in the pond once again, and I've started the newbie routine. I've noticed a difference between advice offered here, and at Thunders Place, with PE gym talking about jelqing in terms of time spent jelqing, and Thunders Place more in terms of number of Jelq's performed. Pros? Cons? I'm mainly looking for girth gains here... tips appreciated! thanks.

                Hey Dawg, welcome here. The FIRST thing you need to do is re-condition your penis to get it back in shape for prime time PE. Start on one of the good, structured routines here and then we'll talk about advanced girth exercises. Good Luck and please continue to post. JP

                      • I have been doing the beginners routine from this site for about a month now with great results. I started as 5 inches by 4.5 inches and have slowly gained over the past month to be now 5.5 inches by 4.75 inches. I am happy with my first months progress. My short term goals are to be 6 inches by 5 inches and hopefully I am on my way. I also have quit smoking so it will not hinder my results from my workouts.
                        My question is. My penis always feels a little fatigued after workouts which is fine and I think normal. It passes soon enough. However my left testicle seems to hurt after work outs sometimes my right one.. I do not understand this because I am not doing anything to my testicles. So why would they hurt. I would appreciate any answers to this question. I do not think I am over working myself because I have nothing, but positive PI's.
                        I do want to say thank you to this site. It is by far the best one I have found. I love the reality check the more experienced members have given on the forums. Plus I like how everything seems to be setup so you do not rush into anything and hurt yourself.

                        • wither, welcome to the PE Gym. Always nice to get positive feed back from a new member. Congratulations on your gains, keep up the good work.
                          As for your testicles, pay close attention to your Jelqing, you might me hitting your testicles harder than you realize when you are at the base of your shaft during the Jelq stroke. It doesn't take much to agravate the nerves. Or possibly, it might be the ligaments that run under and through the scrotum sack that are sore and could be a transference of pain into a dull ache. Keep us informed if this continues. Good Luck.

                            Welcome to the forum, Geezer.

                            I can't answer the extender question, but my experience with jelqing is that I gained in both length and girth with the jelqs--also the stretching added to girth as well as length for me as well. My theory is that whatever your tendency to gain is (either in length or girth), that is the direction in which you will more easily gain, whatever exercise you choose.

                            I've seen extenders work for length--but I've never used them. I understand about the weight thing. I weighed 208 last February (I'm 6" tall), and I have managed to get my weight down to 193. I want to hit 178, but I seem to be stuck at 193. I figure I can get another half inch or more of my dick visible if I can lose another 15 pounds.

                            Kingpole is a great source for advice on losing weight. I swear by his green tea remedy as part of a weight loss routine. It increases your metabolism and your blood flow as well.

                            • Hello I am a new member and I am going to be beginning the beginner routine but was wondering I hear all this talk about some guys are fast gainers and some are not. Have any of the senior members found a connection with members who tend to gain body muscle easy being the same ones who gain penis size easily as opposed to ones who do not?
