Hi everyone, I'm new to this site. It seems like theirs alot of people on here, so I don't know if anybodies gonna be interested in responding to my post. But I joined the site because I heard about natural PE enhancement and I have some personal goals I would like to reach, and I need some people with more knowledge on this matter to help me to achieve my goal. I dont want to go full detail but I would like to gain at least an inch or more in length, and an inch or more in girth (if possible). But mainly at least 1 inch in length, and 1 inch in girth to start. More if possible, but I'm not stressing it. My current Length is between 5.2-5.5", and my girth was rather on the smaller side, like slightly over 4" but not over 4.5. Ive been doing some PE techniques for like 2 months so my girth might be slightly larger than it was. I'm hoping somebody could please just take a little bit of time, maybe send me a private msg or whatever, or respond to this thread, and give me some credible info, maybe a personal routine that worked for you, on how I can efficiently acheieve my goals. I would greatly appreciate it, maybe we could learn to help each other. Thanks alot

Welcome to the gym C man. I'm female so no routine for me
, but most guys start with the JP90 routine. It can be found here https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...cess-here.html along with a lot of other great links.
I don't know if you've been doing this routine already or not, but it's great for all beginners.
Again, welcome to the gym
Be a reflection of what you'd like to see in others.
If you want love, give love.
If you want honesty, give honesty.
If you want respect, give respect.
You get in return, what you give.

Welcome
I agree with someone_like_u - the JP90 is a great place to start. You have lofty (but attainable) goals and the JP90 will get you conditioned to the more aggressive exercises you will likely have to do later on to achieve your goals. Just take things slow and remember that this is not a race - it may take a couple of years to reach your goals
Good luck
