  • The Way of the Wang...

    Hi Everyone,

Good to have open forums to discuss our closest friend.

This forum says to relay our stories so I will put in some relevant information. I am 40 and have always (not solely obviously) had a curiosity about developing the general size of my wang. I haven't measure it in some years but remember it being about 6.75" in length. I never measured the girth. I will however get with the program and post measurements and goals.

I've never been told that I had a small wang and have seen considerable enjoyment come (hehe) from female partners. I have always been fairly fit so I guess being a patient, considerate yet vigorous lover served me well in my younger days. I have been married for 10 years and love my wife. She has no problems with the size of my wang and at full thrust it reaches the cervical entrance...so my desire is obviously not to hurt her. However, she considers it large (THANK YOU!!) but I know that the excitement that she displays could be heightened if I had a bit of extra length, more girth and was controlled in my use of my wang. She has certainly been more sexually excited on the occasions where I have had a raging boner as opposed to your standard 'time for work' boner.

Anyway, as a younger man I experimented with quite a few methods and found that I got temporary gains ONLY with daily application. Forgive me if I don't know the official terms. I used Chinese derived exercises to manually manipulate and stroke my wang which I believe is qelching? This did give me perhaps an extra inch over about a 7-8 month period where I was single and could do this privately in my room for 15 minutes each morning and night. I did have to stop for a day occasionally due to some redness.

I also used a vaccum pump some time later. I used it for 20 minutes every night and would do the manual wang exercises for 15 minutes in the morning. On both exercises, I would always wrap my wang in a warm flannel for a couple of minutes to warm up the soft tissue and ligaments. At this time, I had split with my girlfriend and applied myself to being a 'Wang Monk' for about 8 months. Eventually, we got back together and on our first sexual encounter, she verbally stated that she was shocked at how much bigger my wang was during a very vigorous sexual engagement. I played dumb saying that it was probably just bigger due to excitement but secretly, my Way of the Wang training had obviously resulted in some success.

Life went on, partners came and went and my wang training fell by the wayside. However, I know that although I lost some of those gains, I have most certainly retained about 0.5" in length permanently. Again, I don't know about girth.

So, at this stage in life, I have a couple of objectives. I am not the fit young man (I was a boxer) that I was. I need to drop some weight but thankfully I have always done at least some minimal exercise and was able to drop 23 kgs in 3 months last year with a 6 day a week training program. I am about to leave a sedentary job and am looking forward to being back in physical training again. In conjunction with this, I intend to resume my wang training through whatever seem to be the best established practices. I know that the key is discipline and consistency.

I hope to engage in some trials of various products and techniques after I've had more time to read threads from the veterans here and will put myself to the task. As soon as I can get my hands on a tape measure (and translate the measurement abbreviations in these forums O.O ) I will post my current stats and goals.

Thanks for taking the time to read this and I look forward to reading and interacting with members here. May the Wang be with you...always.

First things first, welcome to the gym

You already have a good, above average starting length! Measure your girth when you can.

You will need to start a beginner routine in order to condition yourself, you may gain while doing (and judging by your past success, you probably will ).

The JP90 is very popular: Beginner Routine Intense - "JP's 90 Day"
But if you want a lighter, shorter routine there is this one as well: Beginner Routine Light - PESG (& his motivational story)

And here is a link to all of the abbreviations etc. Abbreviations and Acronyms
And here is a guide to measuring accurately: Measuring

Good luck, and don't hesitate to pose any questions

Oh, and don't forget to read this too, nearly everything you need is here: https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...cess-here.html

Thanks for the warm welcome all! A big thank you to Padawan for those links; exactly what I am looking for. I work on a remote site but despite the long hours, I get up in the morning with plenty of time to spare and have time to myself in the evening so that will allow for pretty much any PE program. I will take my measurements tonight and post them in my signature, along with my future goals.

You have a great database of resources here and thanks again for accepting me into your community.

                  A few comments/suggestions:
                  1) I'd take a BPEL measurement. The reason for this is that you are trying to lose some weight, and if you do, it will probably increase your NBPEL. While this is great, of course, it'd be nice to know if your penis length is growing because your fat pad decreased or because of actual penile length increase. You can make adjustments to or stick with your PE routine based upon BPEL growth.

                  2) I think you will be successful. It seems like people here who go to the gym and understand how to allocate time and appreciate the fact that it does take time for real results are often the most realistic, dedicated, and successful. This is not to say that being a gym-rat is a pre-req for PEing consistently, but the mentality does help. Good luck.

Very good points raised. I don't want to fall victim to some form of optical illusion with weight loss and not penis gains seemingly producing a larger looking member so will do the BPEL. Luckily, I am not grossly overweight...if you can imagine a boxer who has let himself go a bit but still has some steam in his boiler..thats me :P

Thanks for the welcome! I trained in Taoist based systems of Chinese boxing for many years (as opposed to Buddhist systems that allude to the legendary Shaolin lineage). Whilst Taoism is generally comprised of different areas of focus (ceremonial Taoism, internal alchemy, martial arts) I was trained in systems that involved 'internal alchemy'. This generally refers to breathing exercises, internal martial arts (Tai Chi, Hu Te Chang), controlled sexual exercises and practices, the use of herbal infusions and specialised meditation practices. All originated from Hubei province in Central China. Part of the practices of the particular sect affiliated with my training related to jelqing techniques, the use of herbs for better circulation, edging and beneficial techniques for energy accrual during sexual intercourse.

These were taught verbally and through diagrams at the higher levels of training. For me, it took 8 years before I was considered to have the serious commitment that was required to be afforded this information. It isn't magic or even that mysterious. You will find derivations of pretty much all of the exercises on these forums. It is probably only the meditative practices, formulas for things like spring wine and other tonics, specialised breathing and a few other sundries which haven't really flowed into the mainstream PE dialogue. Most are considered either unproven or highly esoteric.

I attained the rank of Sibhat (senior instructor) and after the death of my master 3 years ago, am the only remaining student with complete records of these training practices. I am incorporating the controlled breathing into edging exercises and internal martial arts into what I am learning here. They help with control over ejaculation and general circulatory health.

Anyway, the best thing that those years of training gave me was a sense of patience and that it takes considerable time and effort to achieve any goal. I hope that I can bring this to my PE training

                        Thanks again for the query!
