  • Hello All, another F.N.G.

Hello All, was cruising around and found this site. I'm 50 and have had a pump for a few years just to mess around with...want to see if I could actually get somewhere with it, and trying other stuff(made an jelq device). So just looking for the a good source for info to get started...

Been reading a few things and I see low T(Testosterone) can effect size and firmness. Well I talked my Dr into testing my T last visit and he told me my levels were normal @204 (I asked for him to test Vitamin D levels also and that was @50) Depending on what website you go to both are low normal at best...any thoughts? A friend at work talk about using progesterone to help bring T levels up.

Sorry if these have been address before, just point to a thread real quick and I'll check it out...Just threw these into my intro, as to that's what's going on with

    Thanks

    Welcome

Read this, lots of info in here: https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...cess-here.html

If your testosterone levels are normal there is no need to try and artificially modify them! Do exercise, squats in particular, if you want to increase testosterone naturally
