Hello PEgym community, I'm new here so I'll kick this off with a little about me which will lead into a few questions and concerns I have then If anyone feels It would be better addressed in a different forum feel free to comment.
I pretty much joined this website to gain a greater understanding of penis health and performance, as well as address some issues of my own.
I got into penis exercises back when i was about 17 (26 now) i probably did them for a year then stopped after seeing some gains I've done kegels off and on over the years but nothing routine. I'm starting to realize now (thankfully sooner then later) that had I stuck with a regular routine I wouldent be in the spot im in now.
I dont really know what I would classify my condition as so I hope this forum can help. I have a good size erect 7.85 and I attribute that to the exercises I did back in the day my biggest problem these days is keeping it hard where I want it. I'll be honest I only have sexual experience with 1 girl which lasted for 3 years ( unless you count other non intercourse encounters before her ) during my time with that girl I did from time to time experience poor erection issues she never seemed to mind it to much as it was about 50-50. Something I noticed the most as well as notice still is that my erection quality is at its firmest right before I bust. inbetween that (where edgers would say there at a 7 or 6 ) the firmness drops.
So my problem lies within the fact that feel i need to edge at an 8-9 to maintain a quality erection. Maybe this is PE maybe its something else thats what im here to find out and correct.
9-10 months ago I changed the way I masturbate, I started setting time limits on myself I've pushed over an hour on several occasions since then on average I hit 30 mins I found pretty much anything beyond 45 mins is pretty much auto pilot. During long sessions however I notice diminishing returns on my EQ. I'll elaborate on this a little more. Basically I notice a patern when I masturbate, I'll go for about 5-6 minutes during this time I'll go through about 2-3 PONR hold backs which includes me slowing down the pace or stopping all together once I reach 6 minutes ish, and come down from another PONR it becomes harder and harder for me to stay hard (thats a lot of hards lol) i have to really get myself worked up to get back into an acceptable hardness level.
My two questions lie within these fact
1. Is what I described the norm from edging?, am I perhaps edging to close and hitting the PONR to many times as a result killing my stamina?
2. I recently began implementing a masturbation routing that I got from these forms, the one that has your jerking it without lights or any other stimulation because I feel that over these last 9-10 months I built up a need to watch pron while edging. my question on this is the inclusion of a fleshlight.
Is the inclusion a hindernce? I've read several posts on the criticalness of using lube and not griping so hard to not become dependent on something the vagina can not reproduce but would most of the pros here consider a fleshlight a crutch or an added bonus to reproducing the softness of a vagina?
