    Hi guys. Hi I would like to learn more about edging jelking and gaining some girth and a little length. I'm 50 years old and ask you get older, things start to shrink. I would like to prevent that with exercise.

      Then start on one of the few beginner routines, jp90 is the most popular here, you will gain size in length and girth and a better EQ(harder erections)

              Wlecome welcome. This is a great place and you will learn a lot from the veterans. I would add eat healthy, get rest and have with Pe. It is a journey and the rewards are awesome. Stay connected too. Good luck.

                Welcome. Don't worry about age, my friend... I'm 49 and have achieved great benefits from exercising my willie. I've read a number of posts that seem to suggest older men can actually gain more, faster! I don't know if there is a lot of truth in that, but even a simple routine will keep the wood in your pecker much better than without it. Good luck!

                    Heyyyyyy, there is herbal rememdies that at your age stimulate the reproduction of testosterone that is lacking at your age. (younger people take it but there is no point). This may help erection quality, growth and sex drive...

                      Welcome damron! It doesn't matter how old you are for the PE routine. 11X7 is in his 70's and still going strong. I would start with JP90 routine also its going to help with EQ and newby gains. I have seen many new PE'ers get frustrated because they try and rush things injure themselves and never come back. This does work if you stay consistent and follow the routine. Stay in tune with your body, eat healthy, cardio, and get rest would be a good start. Read as much as you can educate the do's and dont's and you will be well on your way for your goals.
                      So I have been at for a while and need to post results since I started.
