  • my problem

    hello, new to this site. ive got a question. im finding it hard recently to get and keep an erection when having sex and masturbating, plus when im masturbating/edging when i come close to ponr and stop or kegel i will lose erection quickly, just cant seem to keep it hard for long. im 25 and would say im quite fit and healthy, i exercise and my diet is ok. any thoughts or ideas to help wll be appreciated ???

    Welcome, not being able to keep an erection can be caused by a lot of things, stress, too much porn, ED etc.
    There's exercises here like edging and ballooning to help with stamina and hardness also you say you kegel at PONR, but do you have a kegel routine you do? If not, starting one will help a lot.

        yes i have a kegel rountine i do them every other day, i do about 15mins of 10second hold and then release and rest for ten secs so on for 15mins. is this enough and should i do them every day ? read somewhere you should have a rest day? I do watch a lot of porn yes!

          Rest days are fine, porn is fine, but 'a lot of porn' lay off the porn! There's many threads on the forum showing how too much porn will mess with your head and your lil head.

              Don't forget to not solely use normal kegels. Throw a few reverse kegels in to balance out your pc muscle. This (https://www.pegym.com/forums/prematu...se-kegels.html) is the best explanation I've found.
