    Hi,

I'm new all the way around. I can't remember how I found PE Gym...could have been looking for a toy :-) I love toys.

I have seen many many comments about jelqing and am curious in regard to why it should not be done with high erection levels. I am looking to make gains in both length and girth.

I will say I did 200 jelqs earlier this week, and I have felt girthier, but it could just be my imagination.

Jelq with high erection can harm your penis tissue and you won't make any gains at all.

      Hello Noah

Yes ivioca is right that jelqing at an higher erection could potentially cause an injury. This is especially true for newcomers because obviously a newcomers penis will be in an untrained state so doing high erection jelqing in an untrained state could give a greater chance of an injury. Of course after your penis has been trained for a few months your penis will get better conditioned and therefore there would be less chance of an injury if you wanted to try higher erection jelqing.

Are you doing flacid stretches? because they target length. Also low erection (around 25% erection level) jelqing targets length. And mid erection (around 50-60% erection level) can target girth (sometimes length too). So it may be best to keep your jelqing in the mid erection range.

          Welcome to the gym

You may be better off doing one of the starter routines like the JP90. Jelqing is a great exercise, but it's more effective when used in combination with other exercises.

          Good luck
