Hi there,
I stumbled upon this site a couple of weeks ago, while searching the net about premature ejaculation problems (something I regularly suffer from). I was intrigued by the penis enlargement techniques and stories. I didn't even know something like that existed. And I have to admit I still have a hard time believing it.
Anyway, I was intrigued (since the size of my penis is just average and on the thin side, fortunately with a rather large head), started to do some JAI stretches, secretely tried some other stretching techniques, as well as jelqueing exercises, and then decided to commit to a real workout regime (the beginners 90 day routine). I also decided that if I really want to commit to this, I have to tell my wife. There's no way I could keep doing this secretely.
So I told her last weekend. I was really afraid that she would find this whole idea ridiculous and that she would think I'm an idiot. And of course her first (to be expected) reaction was that she's happy with my size as it is, so no need to do any exercises. When I told her that, out of curiousity, I really wanted to try it anyway, her reaction was: 'what can I say, if I could increase the size of my tits by exercising, I would go for it too'.
I'm really glad that she is understanding, so I don't have to hide what I'm doing. This makes things much less complicated. I even think that the idea secretly turns her on a bit. The first time I was doing my exercises after I told her, she came into the bedroom unexpectedly to get something (yeah right), and then jumped me. That was the end of that exercise session... I told her afterwards though that next time I really need privacy and have to finish my exercises... I'm serious about this. I'm still feeling a bit uncomfortable when I tell her I'm going upstairs to do my exercises, and very uncomfortable when she occasionally enters the bedroom and sees me doing it, but I guess I will get used to it.
I'm really excited to try this, but I'm also a bit nervous about it. What if it doesn't work? Fortunatly there are a couple of things that might be to my advantage. First of all I'm not injury prone, and furthermore it has always been fairly easy for me to gain muscle mass (I'm not a body builder type at all, but my body is definitely toned, and I have to do practically nothing for it). So maybe this will be the same. I hope so. Another advantage is that I don't mind doing the exercises. I have quite a busy life and so far I find doing these exercises very relaxing.
Now for my question: I'm now on a 5 day on, 2 days off routine (some 10 minutes stretching, 10 minutes jelqueing and 10 minutes of V-jelques). On those training days, would it be safe for a beginner like me to do JAI stretches too (say, 2 times 30 stretches a day)? I suppose that on the 2 rest days, I shouldn't do any stretches at all...
Thanks for any answers!
