Finasteride keeps testosterone from being converted into DHT (dihydrotestosterone) which is actually much more potent than testosterone itself and is crucial in maintaining secondary sexual characteristics as well as penile tissues, etc.

People on this drug actually have increased testosterone levels, because of a negative feedback mechanism that detects the low androgen levels (low dht) so it pumps out extra LH to increase testosterone which would normally convert to DHT. In these men, it cannot convert to DHT, so they get ED. I believe the high test also would convert to extra estrogen in these men.

i know very good how this stuff works, but the strange thing is, that just a very few of them get those sideeffects and presistenly, even when they quit the drug and all hormones are back in range, i tell you if i read their sideeffects, they are exactly like mine, i believe these are guys who did some damage to them selfs.

I mean seriously, Dr. Pepper, i tell you the sexdrive is really only avaiable when there is no connection interruption, the depression you get after the nerve damage is automatic. Young, high test and everything, but no pleasure button to get motivated or get an release, means getting depression or moreover hardcore ADS.

Its unbelieveable read here i got exact the same symptoms since the accident but never took the drug

I'm agreeing to the spinal nerve center as the route for the brain kicking out signals of what it sees time to arouse. I'm not sure of the methods yet to make the penis longer, but right now thinking training muscle to stay stretched. All the nerves coming from central system like hairline probes you feel when erecting all around the penis. So must be damage done like ligament tear that tears the nerve lines embedded in the tissue to flex and stretch. Maybe short circuit the whole circuit. So guess there is a risk in pulling to stretch that's it's got to be timed with the nerve webbing. Maybe research on nerve rebuilding if any known or naturally would help. Did read a book about spinal orgasms not ejaculating but reversing back inward creating a multiple orgasm up and down the spinal chord but that doesn't help your partner if your penis doesn't get buzzed to stand up. Glad you posted but hope you can find some way to rebuild or regrow nerve endings. Physically impossible to do but maybe remapped or regrown with natural nutrients to feed nerves that the body has to feed along with the rest of the system. Good luck.

Hey guys, having read both of the horror stories of both Tesla and Lostintorture, does anyone know anything about any of them ? did anyone recover ?

I am in a similar condition and trying to figure out what is the cause of my problem aka if I do have some physical damage or not. As for the state of mind, I am doing great, no feeling of depression whatsoever.

What happened to me : I got injured from PE, yes I do believe it is extremely dangerous, unlike some people write around here, PE comes easily on google, after you search how to make penis bigger, so people like me , lost in torture, tesla, etc. will not jump to forums like these and just do the exercise that google brings up as summary : pull your penis.

What I did is that one night I got erect, full erect and I used full force with my right hand to pull my penis for 4-5 minutes, when I say full force, just imagine I am a body - builder. Had no pain, had no swelling, nothing.

Now, I got no erection for a year and eventually things started to come back. Even so, erections are not like before and I suspect I have some lost feeling / sensation too. That's why I am looking for tests, doctors to see what is going on down there and reading such threads it's awesome, because one can find out that there are people with similar issues, however I would focus more on finding answers then debating with someone that it's all in his head.

We barely have a broad spectrum of tests for Penis issues in 2020 so we're doing very bad at this medical area imho, looking for doctors that can test penis / pelvis nerves and such is not easy, as most urologists do 1-2 tests and there you go, home, all in your head.

The subject is complex and I recently found out about Penile Numbness / ED resulting from Pudendal Nerve Entrapment by own research. Be honest, how many urologists do you think that are aware of these type of issues ? 1-2 , nada ?

Really amazing that I read some moderators posts around these type of threads here telling people it's all in their head, well have they had all possible tests done to sort out it's in their head ?
