    I'm new to the whole PE community. *I've skimmed over some articles in the past and did some (probably dangerous) hanging and such just because I've always wanted just a little more. *Now I'm ready to start in earnest though. *No more BSing around.

    My goals and motivation for PE are twofold:

    The first is performance based;**I have to say that I've recently had some trouble keeping things going (both hardness and stamina- wise) in the bedroom. It seems as soon as I *get the least bit overheated from physical activity, or as soon as my girlfriend climbs on top (where she orgasms the easiest (dammit)) I tend to go limp. *This has slowly become a bigger and bigger *problem. *I've tried Cialis, but no dice. *For a 30 year old with no major health problems i find this unacceptable.

    The second is size-based. *I'm statistically average at 6" NBPEL and 5"EG, but I've always wanted a little more. *I've only gotten two complaints, one from a girl who admitted that her last 3 boyfriends were unusually large, and another from a drunk, scorned snob. *What my real size motivation comes from is a commitment to having the best body possible. *I've been eating right and going to the gym and I realized that building the perfect body should include PE for size, too. *Plus, it would be cool to do all those porn star moves you see on the internet. *I figure I'm only an inch or two away from successfully pulling off some of the more challenging positions.

        Welcome to the Gym!
        Gonna need a little more detail on your PE routine and other habits (i.e. masterbation, porn, etc.) before anyone can really give you good advice. Don't want to sound nosy but it makes a difference.

          It's not nosy, you just have to get the full story before you can offer advice. No big deal

          I'm just starting out with JP's 90 day routine. I've been at it for a week.

          As far as sex/masturbation goes, I either have sex or masturbate at least once a day. Sometimes if I'm bored I'll masturbate up to three times a day. I noticed it's a LOT harder for me to finish if I'm standing up or lying down. Actually, when I'm lying down I tend to have a harder time staying erect.

          On to porn; I really like porn, and it's a bit of a habit for me. I watch when I'm bored or just feel like seeing a hot chick. I've even gone so far as watching on my phone when I'm bored at work. I'd say I average about 20 minutes of porn a day.

            As long as your erections are good at night and when you masturbate, then your PE routine is good although I would definitely stop the hanging and only do the JP90 for now. Remember gains don't come overnight, take it slowly. If you have hardness problems all the time, then your routine will have to be adjusted. If the problem only exists when you are about to have sex with your girl, I would recommend eliminating the porn and cut back on the masturbation. The porn is probably the biggest setback. A lot of members have had the same issue and cutting the porn has really helped.

              Thanks for the advice. I stopped the hanging a while ago. It was a bad idea to start out that way. I'm going to do JP90 and expand from there.

              I'll try to cut back on the porn too. Right after this Bobbie Starr vid is done queuing up, that is...

                Welcome oh porny one...lol...or should i say horny one. Cut the porn and masturbation. Read and do kegels and reverse kegels to help with stamina and better EQ too. Keep up the self improvement. This is a journey and great things will come of it, if you are safe and persistent and patient. Good luck and keep us posted.
