Hello, I am new to the group and thought I would introduce myself. I am 60 years old and had a robotic prostatectomy about two years ago. I have ED, but it is getting better with cialis. One side-effect of prostatectomy is that you lose some length. I would like to get that back,and some girth so here I am. I want to look good in the gym shower, since I really need that "I am still a man confidence".

I havn't done my measurments yet, because I want to do that with an erection. I need to take a shot in the penis to get a really hard erection. I've read the information on this site and watched the videos, so I guess I'm ready. Any help, advice and encouragement would be appreciated. Also, I am a gay man with a very loving and supportive husband. Yes, he married me after my diagnosis !!! What a guy! If there are any other gay guys that are prostate cancer survivors let me know. I'm sure we could help each other.

Hey Jonjon,

Welcome to the gym. That's a really big feat that you've overcome prostate cancer.

Check out the stickied threads in the Beginner forum and learn as much as you can. Take your routine slow and steady and it'll definitely help if you make PE enjoyable.

Hey man, welcome aboard. A "robotic prostatectomy".....I've never heard of such a thing. BUT, congrats on your for kicking prostate cancer's ass!

I would seriously start with the JP90 routine and adhere to that for your first 3 months. If length is your primary goal, lots of manual stretching will be where you'll want to focus.

Thanks MrBigDick, I'll look up the JP90 routine and start tonight. Robotic prostate surgery is done laproscopically, with the surgeon using the DaVinci robot. It is the best way to have to surgery, since it is much more precise and nerve-sparing. Thanks again for your advice.

JonJon welcome to The Gym! First of all congratulations on beating the odds with prostate cancer and on being so lucky tol and such a nice husband, those don't come around so easy. You will love PEGym we have a wonderful community and we are very supportive of each other. Get started but take it slow, so as to avoid injury.
