    Well first let me introduce myself! I am JC6 and have been lurking for a few weeks now. Starting stats- 6.2 bpel 4.5 meg
    My main first goal is to get up to at least 5 meg but I understand I need to condition for a few months before really starting to get into a girth routine. After 2 weeks of a basic warm up(shower), 5-10 minutes stretching(S,U,D,L,R with occasional v and a stretches thrown in) 100 wet jelqs and a cool down. Every monday wednesday and friday. I have already seen a .3" gain in length which i attribute to a lengthened tunica since my bpfsl is less than my bpel. My eq I feel has dropped slightly (I started very high since I am only 19 years old and in great shape sub 10% bf, etc).

    Getting to the problem: I do turtle time to time but not for extensive periods of time but when in a flaccid state if I hang normal its not firm but it snot soft. It feels slightly spongy with a slight density increase at the core and looks slightly smaller than usual but other times it hangs a little longer and much fatter? I am confused as to what is going on. Is this 3 days per week still too much? I also tend to do occasional stretching on my off days, is this bad or should I leave it alone completely? I also haven't masturbated in the 2 weeks I've been doing this.

    If you are gaining then everything should be fine. Is the drop in EQ only very slight or quite noticable?

      very slight plus i had morning wood this morning and a little longer/ softer hang

        Never mind, just tried to have a workout.... less elasticity on my stretches and couldnt get it more than 10% erect for my jelqs... stopped after about 50. turtled slightly and flaccid is firm. Im going to take a few days off and hopefully start again monday with my penis refreshed. I guess 3 days a week was too much for me to start with?

          It really is very individual for each person, if you are turtling excessively then maybe take it easy for a few days until you can work it up to about 4 days a week.

            Welcome to the PEGym. After I make my post I'm going to move this thread to the Introduction form. Since you asked, A little turtling after a work out is fairly normal. More than a half hour and I conceder it over training. We all have different physiology, so the number one thing to keep an eye on is your PIs, (link to follow), as they are and always be you ultimate guide.

            Two weeks in to it, a hundred jelq rep.s my be to much for you. Gain is not really our main goal here, it's penis health. It will do less than no good to have a monster penis, if it just hangs around. Sure it would look great in the locker room, but I like my penis for more than just a decoration.
            Rest day are just that, it's OK to do a little light stretching, like JAIs,(I'll see if I can find a link).

            Mostly you want to leave it alone, never under estimate the power of rest/healing days. The fact that you had morning wood is a positive sign. Please keep in mind, that due to your age you will still have natural growth, often in to your early twenties.
