hey guys, how're you all doing?

I'm a complete newbie to PE and with my dedication and hardwork, i wish to achieve my goal

I have a pretty small penis of 5" when erect. I'm not aiming for huge penis, gain of 1" 1/2 in length and a bit on girth would be lovely for me! I've always felt insecure about my penis, despite being a very fit, healthy, smart guy.

After my thorough research about PE over the last few days, JP90 routine seems to be quite popular and successful amongst many members here. Infact, I've already had my first session yesterday and i think it went pretty well. I took it as an experimental session; trying and getting comfortable with the exercises.

I have few question if anyone would like to answer it please:

After how long, will i start to see the gains?
and yes, im uncut and i think one handed jelqing would suit me. Does one handed jelq work well? Im asking this because i heard jelquing usually lengthens the foreskin too and jelquing with my foreskin covering my gland, I dont want this as i already have lengthened foreskin which annoys me a lot!

    Thanks,
    NmolR

    May God bless you all

    Hey NmolR,

First of all, welcome to the gym. I think you have come in with a good attitude. It will take most likely years to gain 1.5' unless you are one of the very fortunate ones.

Yes you should most definitely give the JP90 routine a try. I myself completed it few months ago and gained mostly from it. I think one of the most important thing is to warm up, especially for a self proclaimed newbie! Try using a rice-sock.

Gains vary from person to person. You may gain nothing for the JP90 3 months or you might gain an inch. I have seen both. I think the major difference is level of dedication between the two.

There is a quote at my gym written on a wall with huge letters; "Motivation is what gets you started, routine is what makes the difference". I thought this was quite a depressing quote when I first read it however over time, as I got more and more into working out, it became a routine. It is very hard to break routine once it (whatever it is) plays a large role in your life.

That is the reason I am on these forums. To keep my PE routine fresh and involved as a daily routine. I think if you are committed, this is a great place to stay committed!

In regards to the one handed jelqs, I think you should miss those for now and stick religiously with JP90s routine (stretching, wet-jelqs and V-jelqs).

      welcome to the gym

Mark 1 just gave you some great advice, I agree totally.

Just work hard, be consistent and learn to appreciate gains as they come. It can be a long journey, but well worth it!

      Good luck
