hey folks, been using this site for a while now but only just decided to join up.
im from the uk and love the idea of adding an inch, also love the pegym site.
makes a nice change to all the rubbish you can read on the internet on the subject.
i started doing jp's 90 day routine last sunday, see how it goes, im not expecting any gains over night so im in for the long haul (pun also intended lol, sorry i'l stop now)

took me 20 seconds of saying to myself what the heck is the pun? then finally got it, "member" faith
