    Hey everyone I just wanted to introduce myself, share my views and hear others
    I started 1 year ago and have went down the route of manual exercises and pumping, and am
    Happy with how it's went so far, I've been lazy recently and seen my results stagnate that's the reason
    I decided to create a profile.
    My penis size at the start was 6.75 inches long and 5.1 around, it's now 7.5 inches long and 5.6 around
    Decent enough results now I want to push it over 8 long and 6 around, them sizes are nbp
    My routine for a long time was simply 300 jelqs with a bath mate session to follow because my results have stopped
    My new routine is 300 jelqs in 100 jelq sets with stretches in between with helicopter spins, followed by girth blasters
    Second day is 300 jelqs them scrotum stretches with 20 minutes bathmate followed by 50 jelqs, I do it on a rotation with a rest day in between
    What you you all think

      Inside you will find lots of good info including beginner routines (not that you need them). Just something to compare your routine to. Might give you ideas to add to your routine if or when needed. Good luck with it.

          Welcome to the gym

          Many find that they have to continually increase intensity and change up routines to continue to grow. With a year under your belt, it's going to be slow going - but you should still be able to march forward and continue to gain.

            Thanks I was thinking of trying hanging to restart my length growth?
