I am just a regular guy, who came across this site and thought it was interesting. I read some of the lit. and thought let,s look at this and maybe give it a try. It seems to have alot of info and is well researched and written. I am 56, just turned, am in descent shape both physically and mentally, I have been with my girlfriend for 20 yrs. I am a Vietnam Era Veteran and served in the Army. I have done many jobs in my life but right now am doing just about anything I want to. I enjoy reading, music, sports, indoor and out, staying in pretty good shape, looking at the girls, etc. I am going to try this program for I am somewhat smaller (length and girth) and would like to try this out. I am putting together a routine from the stuff on the site and should be ready soon. That,s about all, and feel free to write and tips etc. Thanks

Welcome to the Gym, Caesar. I see you made it through the Ides of March, so now you have a whole year to work on your dick. Take it easy and read through the stickies in the Beginners Forum. Slow and steady is the secret to PE success. Once you have conditioned your dick, you can choose a routine to concentrate on your wants and needs. IE, length, girth, or both. The world of PE is fun and exciting. Sometimes it is even life altering. It is all up to the amount of time you are willing to put in. Good luck and hard times ahead.Valued Member of 12+ years at the PEGym12/'09 (start) NBP EL - 4.5, EG - 4.4

Welcome to the Gym Ceaser.
Glad to have you with us. No need to piece together a routine to get started. In the thread my wife posted you will find beginner routines listed. Many start with the JP90 just as I did. I recommend using one of the routines and once you finish it your penis will be well conditioned and then you can reevaluate where you are and where you want to be and can adjust accordingly. Please don't hesitate to ask questions. We are all here to help. Good luck and thank you for your service to this wonderful country of ours.Bondage.

I just read your response and thank you for it. If you do not mind I will ask questions to you from time to time. i have quite alot but will wait until I become more knowledgeable about the programs and such. I did not find those beg. routines from your wife, maybe I looked the wrong place on the site. I am working on taking my measurements and putting together something to get started. Just slow and easy. Warm-up, stretching, wet jeliq,s for the start and adding some more as I learn proper technique and execution. Thanks.
