    Greetings,

    I've finally decided to get serious about PE. Since I was 18 or 19 years old and realized that 6.5" BPEL x 4.75" EG was all I was going to get, I felt like I had been shorted by about an inch. Twenty some years later I've decided that I will commit myself to growing that extra inch. Some girth would be nice too. I learned early on that I was lacking girth when I tried shopping for cock rings and discovered that even the smallest I could find was too big. Slightly longer than average and slightly less girth than average, I guess puts me in the "pencil dick" category. I'm okay with that, just want to improve on it.

    I have never had any complaints about my size but i personally have some sort of psychological barrier that makes me think 7" is the minimum that I will be happy with. That's only half an inch so my first goal should be attainable. I will be very happy if I can get to 7.5" and add a little girth. If I can get to 7, I will readjust my long-term goal to 8.

    I am a "shower" usually hanging about 4.5 or 5 inches when flaccid. It makes for an impressive outline in my shorts but, alas, it's all show and not much grow. I have a nice fat mushroom head and heavy veins, which I am very happy with. If PE can improve on those assets, well that's awesome.

    I started two days ago and will resist the ruler until at least 30 days have passed.

      welcome, those starting numbers look familiar hehe, start with jp90 and go from there after your 90 days is done, remember it's a investment of time and the first 90 days are to get yourself use to the work out. GL bro

        Welcome, bro. Yeah, you do have reasonable goals which I ditto that. Just do JP's routine primarily to condition your penis. So if you don't really gain but better EQ or temporary gains don't sweat it at all because JP's is about preparing your penis for PE and setting down the fundamentals of PE. Don't give up and stay persistence and you will gain.

          Thanks for the encouraging words. I'm so excited about this I can hardly contain myself. I feel like if I can just gain that half inch, it will change my life.

            Stick to it, man, you're definitely going to see some positive changes. Too bad you hadn't started earlier, you might've reached your goal at this point, but hey, it won't take long if you're consistent! Just don't over do it, figure out a happy medium.. It's not exactly like a work out, you shouldn't feel any major discomfort from doing it.. And make sure you warm up and down for about 10 minutes or a bit longer..

            I must definitely have a pencil dick. Oh well, someone out there'll like it. lol

              For the past four years I've been a real on and off customer. Light jelqing and stretching for a month until I get my raging erections back then I usually fizzle out for a few months. Rinse and repeat. I've treated it more like an EQ maintenance program than really doing it for gains. I've always been weary of jelqing because I have a lot of big veins to work around and always felt it was too risky for me.

              About six weeks ago I decided to try pumping as a substitute. I started a light routine of warming with a heating pad, followed by some helicopters and other low intensity jiggling, stretching, squeezing, and rolling. When I feel warmed up, I edge for 20 minutes or so, ultimately getting to PONR two or three times. While edging, I'm doing lots of intense kegels and reverse kegels. When I'm as hard as possible, I go in an air pump at 1.5 in Hg for one minute.

              While in the pump at 1.5, I kegel as hard as I can and hold them for 3 to 5 seconds then completely relax. Do a reverse for up to 10 seconds until I feel my pelvic floor relax then kegel again. Repeat this kegel cycle until 1 minute is up. Release the pump, do some massage, then edge again to PONR, hold a kegel, back in the pump. I do five of these one minute pumping cycles. Next I increase the pump to 2.5 and do another five minutes at 1 minute intervals, with several minutes of edging between each 1 minute in the pump.

              When I'm done my penis feels like a balloon full of jelly. Even though this is a fairly light overall routine, my EQ sometimes takes a hit for a few hours afterward. But when it returns, I'm hard as steel and have no lingering discomfort or EQ difficulty. Ideally, I try to ride the sweet spot where I can reach that "balloon full of jelly" feeling without impacting EQ.

              I gauge the intensity of my workouts by how long it takes me to feel "recovered". I've found that I'm most comfortable with a 2 to 4 hour recovery period. The big lesson for me is to listen to my body, and take adequate time off. I do 5 on; 2 off. Sometimes an extra day off. This entire routine lasts for about 30 minutes or so and mostly consists of edging and kegeling (and cleaning up lots and lots of precum). I allow myself to cum every two or three days. I start to feel congested if I go beyond three days. Again, listen to your body.

              My pumping is very brief and at fairly low levels of vacuum but has proven to be effective for me. I've always been very grateful for my surface veins and it's why I find jelqing difficult and maybe even dangerous. When I do jelq, it's very slow, precise, and targeted.

              Since starting this pumping routine, I think I'm actually growing new veins. My dick looks like an elite athlete and performs like one too. And those big veins are very sensitive to touch.

              I finish up with some dynamic stretches at very light tension, mostly tugging against my curve. Dynamic stretches cause me a lot of fatigue very quickly, but I think they are also pretty effective. I stretch at several other times throughout the day but only to achieve full extension, never to apply force. I believe it's this repeated gentle extension stretches that has given me some crazy flaccid hang.

              I have a one-inch thick wooden dowel in my desk that's nine inches long. I marked it at 6.5 and 7 inches in 2013. Those were my starting value and first goal. Try as I may, I had never measured beyond the 6.5 inch mark.

              I pulled out the dowel tonight for the first time in 3 years. I warmed up and edged up and bone pressed the dowel. I was shocked when I saw the tip of my penis extend just beyond the 7 inch mark. I had to measure the dowel to make sure it wasn't a mistake. Seven and a quarter. Holy shit! When did that happen?

              I decided to measure girth and found decent gain there as well, measuring in at 5.5. I had known my girth was increasing for a while but had no idea I'd grown that much. I have a silicone cock ring that used to fit perfectly around the base. Lately it's become very uncomfortable to wear and difficult to put on. Now I know why.

              So starting 6.5 BPEL with 4.75 MSEG in 2013. Now at 7.25 x 5.5. NBP flaccid hang is at about 5.5 inches. I've put another mark on the dowel. Next stop 7.5 inches. I'm thrilled.
