    Hi all!

    Let me start by saying a few words about myself. Im 22 years old and I've had Pre E ever since I can remember. Now this isn't your average 3-5 minutes Prre E that a lot of people complain about... take a look at my username.. and that's pushing it at times. I can barely last half a minute if im fully lubed and pumping away like a hound. During this act, I would find myself squeezing my kegels constantly, which now I've learned is what brings you to cum quicker. Upside to this, I have pretty strong kegels. I always felt like the best way to mimic real sex and a vagina was to go really fast and hard, so as you can imagine doing this over the course of 12 years has conditioned my body to cum really really fast.

    Im single at the moment, and embarrassingly haven't experienced a real vagina (whatever..), but I've really been thinking lately what would happen when I get a girlfriend. I know for a fact I wouldn't last a minute inside a real, tight, warm vagina.. and thus I find myself before you introducing myself on this site.

    Im actually quite surprised at the resources available on this site. I came here for the sole purpose of learning to last longer, but I see there's also ways to increase penis length and girth which would be a great bonus. Im 5'5 when fully erect which I was always happy with but it seems people online think that's small. I'll probably start a jelqing program once I feel I've gained enough endurance with masturbation.

    I've actually been lurking and reading tutorials for the past 2 weeks, and I've developed a personal program of my own to help my Pre E problem. I've read that doing reverse kegels are the key to lasting longer, by way of stretching the pelvis muscle and help reduce and eliminate the spasm which bring the PONR closer. So for the first week I did short bursts of reverse kegals, 4 sets of 30 reps, holding each rep for a couple of seconds and making sure to breath correctly. At first isolating the BC muscle was quite difficult, but I found that when im standing it's a lot easier, when Im sitting or lying down I can't seem to isolate and end up pushing my PC muscle (anus) out instead. But I think i've isolated it pretty well in recent days.

    Im currently on my second week of these reverse kegels. First week as I said, I did 4 sets of 30 reps, holding each rep for 2 seconds, during a 15-20 minute period, twice a day. Second and current week i've been doing 4 sets of 30 reps, holding each rep for 5 seconds, during a 30 minute period, twice a day.

    On top of this I've recently started trying a form of ballooning, which hopefully would get my penis head more used to lubricated stimulating (simulating a vagina). I simply lube up my penis and slowly and lightly rub around my glans and right under it, making sure to try minimize the involuntary kegels. If I feel the PONR come closer I simpy stop stimulation, or just slow down, when it goes away I continue. I haven't cum yet doing this so it's not exactly edging. I've read the edging tutorials here which say to rub around the base of the penis and minimize stimulating the glans area, but I find this pointless because the glans area is what will be constantly simulated during sex, so to get used to that feeling I rub around the head slowly and gently.

    As for my results so far, Im very very pleased with how they're coming along. For the past two nights I've been doing this form of ballooning in bed, two night ago I went for 50 minutes with very short breaks to re-lube my penis and hand. During that 50 minutes I hadn't reached my PONR at all, as I kept stopping when I felt it may be getting closer, which was not very often. Last night I went for an hour, and again I hadn't reach the PONR at all. Im stoked! If I had tried this 3 weeks ago I would have jizzed in no time.

    Im going to continue this program for a few more weeks and see if I can go even longer. Im hoping to eliminate the involuntary kegels completely when masturbating, if I achieve this then in theory l should be able to last as long as I want.

    Anyway that's my story so far, please feel free to give me words of encouragement as it would help boost my confidence
