I am 24 year old male and have never been able to ejaculate or reach orgasm, and semen never comes out. Although ejaculation happens sometimes during sleep when there are sex dreams but never while I am awake.
I had not masturbated much or touched penis during onset of adulthood and never had any sex. I did use to get erection while watching porn but never ejaculated or tried to masturbate. I was quite naive in thinking that while having sex with partner after marriage it will happen automatically. I am unable to find what is this disease Somebody help me in this problem and explain what it is and how to cure it. I am very shy to go doctor and explain this to doctor, also in my place I cant find a doctor for sexual problems. Please help. Thank you in advance
