  • Hey all

    Hi everyone.

I'm new to this forum but not new to PE. About 2 years ago I read a beginner's guide on this forum and started a routine for about a month, but I quit because I saw no results.

im here because I want to break free from the Asian stereotype sucking away my confidence and gain more confidence to actually make new female friends without anxiety,

If I'm being honest, I don't care so much about romance or intercourse, I just want companionship, but that's greatly limited by my confidence, which i link to penile length.

Thus, I'm here, working as long as it takes until I reach my goal of 7". It may sound like a contradiction, why don't I just do confidence boosting visualisations and breathing exercises? It's because the physical reality is something I cannot escape from so if I'm dissatisfied, why not improve myself?

Anyway, that's me. Thanks for reading!
Oh, by 7" I'm referring to BPEL.

Hi Memor, what an honest presentation about yourself. Especially thinking of the part where you wrote "I don't care so much about romance or intercourse, I just want companionship".

You gave up PE after a month because you didn't see results. I didn't see any visible result on my erect penis before six or seven months. After having first having tried an extender, and then JP 90s Beginners program and then on the third routine I suddenly would gain.

Here on this forum people who are the ones that gaint the fastest and the most will likely be most enthusiastic about telling their stories. Other people may work a lot harder for their gains.

Start up again with https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...r-routine.html and complete it, and then go on further with some extra routines or/and techniques.

      Don't give up!

      Welcome to the gym.

        Thanks for the replies.

But again I'd like to be honest. I have decided to set myself a very large long-term goal that will motivate me for years and decades and I've split that into short-term goals.

I'm now aiming for 8" BPEL and I'm allowing myself until 2020 at the LEAST to achieve. That's 7 years, which should be manageable provided I am consistent and dedicated, starting from 5.4" BPEL.

        How excited I am

JP's beginner routine indefinitely before I move onto intermediate exercises.

keep it up man! until you reach your goal, investigate, from what I've seen so far, it is not just about excersise it is about your diet and your life style as well, so there are lots of factors as well not just the workout, read a lot to understand the process of PE more and how can you make it effective for you.

                  Reach your goals!
Please can we discuss key factors?

Stress: minimising stress through deep breathing, meditation, relaxation exercises and physical exercise

Diet: multivitamin tablets, other supplements, diet low in saturated fats, low in refined sugars, relatively high in protein and unsaturated fats and slow-release carbohydrates

Habits: no smoking, minimal/no alcohol consumption, at least 7-8 hours quality sleep each night

Exercise: daily fairly rigorous exercise, including walking, jogging, swimming, practising a sport

Mindset: having a goal, not obsessing about length, focusing on positive PIs and on a healthy, hard penis

What more can be added to my approach?
