First read safety posts, and basically all the other topics as well.
Then you can start with one of the beginner's routine (a bit of stretching, a bit of jelqing), don't forget to record accurate measurements in girth and length before starting (have a look at the abbreviations thread).

Sail on the forum as much as you can, use the search bar to find answers to your questions , and if you can't find them feel free to make a topic and i'm sure plenty will jump on the occasion to help you out.
